Vongola Primo's Defensive Glove
Before Tsuna could even hear what was said, he found himself completely enveloped in a dark spiritual pressure, unable to see anything.
A massive black sphere of spiritual pressure enveloped Tsuna, but just before it could engulf the members of the Tsuna Division, a ring connected to a black Chains flew around and pulled the members of the Seventh Division out of the pressure's range.
"Captain Komamura, please leave this Ryoka to our captain. Please take custody of the other Ryoka and take the soldiers to heal their wounds." The person who appeared was a man with scars on his face, marked with the number 69.
This person was none other than Shūhei Hisagi, the Vice-Captain of the 9th Division. It was he who used the Chains on his Zanpakuto, Kazeshini, to pull the members of the Seventh Division out of the spiritual pressure's range.
Sajin Komamura nodded and withdrew his Bankai. From the voice he had heard earlier and the black spiritual pressure area in front of him, he had already recognized the person who had attacked Tsuna. It was his friend and Captain of the Ninth Division, Kaname Tōsen.
"I understand. I'll leave this to you. This Ryoka is a bit strange, so be careful." Komamura instructed Shūhei Hisagi, he was quite confident in Kaname Tōsen's strength, then turned to Shiba and said, "Shiba, take that Yasutora Sado with you, let's go."
Led by Komamura, the members of the Seventh Division took Yasutora Sado away, leaving the area to the Vice-Captain of the 9th Division, while Captain Kaname Tōsen was inside the black spiritual pressure field.
"We have no grudge against each other, but for the sake of peace, I must eliminate you." The man with the eyepatch and dreadlocks was none other than Kaname Tōsen, the Captain of the Ninth Division, who had unleashed his Bankai. "Even so, you shouldn't be able to hear anything now."
"Anyone trapped within the Enma Kōrogi will lose all spiritual pressure, senses, smell, sight, and hearing. This is Realm of the Blind set up for you. Only one person can escape from this Hell: the one who controls the true form of the Suzumushi."
Kaname Tōsen believed he had the upper hand, so he didn't rush to attack Tsuna, who was inside the domain. Instead, he gradually introduced Tsuna's Bankai ability.
Because of the Enma Kōrogi, Tsuna couldn't hear what Kaname Tōsen saying at all, Kaname Tōsen n't need to worry about Tsuna being able to see through his Bankai ability.
Tōsen pointed his Zanpakuto at the man in front of him. This man, who seemed to have appeared out of nowhere, couldn't even defeat Gin Ichimaru. To prevent Tsuna from interfering with their plans, Tōsen decided to take advantage of his position as captain and rightfully eliminate Tsuna.
After losing his sight, he immediately lost all hearing. Tsuna quickly identified the owner of this signature move Kaname Tōsen.
It would indeed be quite dangerous for any other companion to fall into Kaname Tōsen's Bankai, but for Tsuna, it's a different story.
Kaname Tōsen strolled leisurely in his own domain, slashing at Tsuna's shoulder with his sword. However, Tsuna just happened to sidestep, narrowly avoiding Kaname Tōsen's attack.
Luck? Or the fear of losing consciousness?
Kaname Tōsen understand; he had never encountered such a situation before and could only attribute it to Tsuna's luck. However, luck wouldn't be on Tsuna's side next time.
Because of Tsuna's dodge, Kaname Tōsen changed his mind about torturing Tsuna. He slashed Tsuna across the waist with his sword, and this time Tsuna could no longer rely on luck.
Without any sound or any real sense of impact, Kaname Tōsen's Zanpakuto felt as if it had struck a soft ball of cotton.
What's going on? Kaname Tōsen clearly felt that Tsuna was still in front of him, so why didn't his attack land?
Kaname Tōsen, who developed the Bankai ability Enma Kōrogi due to his own blindness, is blind himself, so of course he can't see what changes have occurred to Tsuna in front of him.
A black cloak enveloped Tsuna; it was the Vongola Primo's Cloak, possessing powerful defensive capabilities. Tōsen's Zanpakuto struck it, causing no harm whatsoever to Tsuna.
Poor Kaname Tōsen had no idea what Tsuna had done. He could only draw his sword and launch a series of rapid attacks on Tsuna Tsuna, slashing at him four or five times in a row, but as usual, he did not cause any damage.
"No, how is this possible!" Kaname Tōsen questioned, filled with shame and anger. In his perception, Tsuna was like an indestructible pillar, impossible to damage effectively no matter what he did.
"Are you angry out of embarrassment?"
Tsuna's words completely stunned Kaname Tōsen. What was going on? Did the Enma Kōrogi's ability have no effect on Tsuna?
Kaname Tōsen stared at the space of Enma Kōrogi with a puzzled expression. The spiritual pressure was still stable, and the space was undamaged. It was impossible for it to have no effect. Why could the other party hear what he was saying?
What Kaname Tōsen know was that Tsuna was still completely deaf and blind. Everything he did and said was based entirely on his intuition, an intuition called Hyper Intuition.
Therefore, even after realizing he was trapped by Tōsen, Tsuna remained calm and left the battle to his intuition.
However, Kaname Tōsen unaware of Tsuna's abnormal abilities and was currently doubting his own abilities. Tsuna's next words further broke Kaname Tōsen's defenses.
"It's time to end this boring game."
Bored, playing games, Tōsen never imagined that his Bankai would be evaluated like this, and with such a negative assessment. Tōsen went berserk and swung his sword at Tsuna. Even if Tsuna was made of iron, he would cut him to pieces today!
Tōsen swung his sword, but to his surprise, his attack missed its mark. Then he felt a spiritual pressure above his head that was different from that of Bleach.
How did the opponent manage to do that? He had clearly sealed the opponent's spiritual pressure perception. Now, Tōsen can only conclude that Tsuna really broke his Bankai.
Tsuna didn't know what Tōsen was thinking, but this situation of not being able to sense anything was indeed quite painful, so he decided to break Tōsen's Bankai first.
After stepping on the Fullbring Light, Vongola Primo's Cloak transformed into green light and struck Tsuna 'Tsuna right hand, completely enveloping it in a three-sided protective glove.
The diamond-shaped glove on the back of Tsuna's hand is inlaid with a blue gem in relief of the Vongola Family Emblem. The sides of his palm are protected by sharp, claw-shaped guards. Legend has it that when Vongola Primo combines all the flames into his ultimate punch, the glove will change.
In Katekyo Hitman Reborn! Reborn!, the punch from this protective glove was even comparable to X-Burner's full-power attack. Now, Tsuna intends to use this protective glove to shatter Enma Kōrogi's space.
A large amount of Flame Pressure gathered in Tsuna's right hand. Sensing something was wrong, Kaname Tōsen immediately attacked Tsuna in the air. However, Tsuna, with his Hyper Intuition, easily dodged Kaname Tōsen's slash and, with the help of Fullbring Light, created even more distance between them.
Tōsen immediately turned around, chanting incantations, and a purple, disc-shaped spiritual pressure flew out from his Zanpakuto, rushing towards Tsuna.
"Hadō 54, Hadō #54: Haien".
Tōsen didn't care whether Tsuna could hear or see it; his current goal was to launch a quick attack and break Tsuna's accumulated spiritual pressure as soon as possible.
This time, Tsuna did not dodge the attack of the Hadō #54: Haien, because the spiritual pressure in his right hand had been fully accumulated. Tsuna threw a straight punch forward, and an orange spiritual pressure ball flew out from Vongola Primo's protective glove.
The spiritual pressure ball expanded rapidly as soon as it left his hand, engulfing the attacking Hadō #54: Haien. The Heat heat from the spiritual pressure swept over Kaname Tōsen. The orange fireball gradually deepened in color, and a red glow appeared inside. Soon, the spiritual pressure ball filled the entire space of Enma Kōrogi. The light of the flames was as dazzling as the sun, and even the blind Tōsen could vaguely perceive a glimmer of light.
At this moment, Tōsen had no time to pay attention to the strange light. Tsuna's attack had brought him a great sense of crisis, and he had to defend himself.
"Bakudo Thirty-Nine, Bakudō #39: Enkōsen!"
Just as a circular protective shield appeared in front of Kaname Tōsen, a sun-like sphere of spiritual pressure exploded, filling the entire space of Enma Kōrogi with all its energy.
The Shūhei Hisagi standing outside suddenly noticed that the black sphere in front of him had suddenly cracked open with countless fissures, and a large number of sparks were emerging from the cracks. From the outside, this spiritual pressure space looked like a burning lotus.
The flames lasted less than a second before the Enma Kōrogi exploded, leveling the entire building. Shūhei Hisagi had no choice but to use the Kazeshini as a shield to withstand the impact.
Burning Supernova, the Flame Pressure ball released by Vongola Primo's protective glove was like a star exploding, powerful yet remarkably peaceful, the whole process perfectly natural.
Tsuna stood in the air, one hand covering his eyes, the sudden return of his vision making him feel somewhat uncomfortable.
"Captain Tōsen!" Shūhei Hisagi shouted as he spotted Kaname Tōsen Tōsen covered in blood. The Bakudō #39: Enkōsen had only blocked a small portion of the attack; Tōsen's body had borne the brunt of the Flame Pressure from the Burning Supernova.
Shūhei Hisagi helped Tōsen up, looking at Tsuna with great apprehension. He knew that someone who could injure Tōsen like this was no match for Tsuna.
Having made this judgment, Shūhei Hisagi immediately said to Kaname Tōsen, "Captain, I will report to the First Division immediately."
As long as the matter is reported to the First Division, delaying Tsuna for a while, and the Captain-Commander arrives, this reckless and unruly Ryoka will surely be brought to justice.
"No." Kaname Tōsen rejected Shūhei Hisagi's suggestion without even thinking. "You won't be able to hold out until the First Division is ready."
Shūhei Hisagi fell silent. Judging from the current situation, Kaname Tōsen unleash his Bankai. With Tōsen losing his fighting ability, it was clear that Shūhei Hisagi alone could not withstand the arrival of the First Division.
Shūhei Hisagi couldn't help but feel a little regretful. He should have known better than to let Sajin Komamura and his Seventh Division leave. If their two divisions had stayed together, they might have had a better chance.
Both Shūhei Hisagi and Komamura were overconfident in Tōsen's abilities. In fact, against Tsuna or monsters who fight based on physical instincts, Tōsen's abilities could indeed achieve a first-time kill, but it was only possible that his senses were stripped away when he encountered Hyper Intuition.
In truth, Tōsen wasn't as concerned about whether they could hold out as Shūhei Hisagi thought. He simply didn't want to let Genryūsai Shigekuni Yamamoto leave the First Division. If Genryūsai Shigekuni Yamamoto to pass by the 5th Division and discovered that Aizen's disappearance was suspicious, it would be a huge problem. Aizen couldn't guarantee that this old guy who had guarded Seireitei for a thousand years might have some hidden trump cards that no one knew about.
As his eyes readjusted to the light, Tsuna waved to Tosen and the others. "Had fun. I have things to do now. Goodbye, you two."
A bitter feeling welled up in Kaname Tōsen's heart. His Bankai was merely child's play compared to this person. He wondered who was truly stronger, this person Lord Aizen...
Tōsen had no time to care what Tsuna was thinking; he had other things to do, including rescuing Chad.
(PS: In Katekyo Hitman Reborn! Tsuna!, Tsuna's energy blast while wearing the First Generation Gloves has two phases. One is before the First Generation unlocks the ring seal, which is called the Cosmic Hyper Burst or Big Bang Acceleration. The other is after the First Generation unlocks it, which is called Burning Acceleration.)
This book doesn't have a ring-unlocking segment; instead, it simply combines the names of the two stages into a single title: Burning Supernova.
