Fullbring: Second Stage
Tatsuki, dressed in a white karate uniform, was swiftly moving through a forest. This morning, for some unknown reason, a masked man dressed in black suddenly appeared and attacked her. Despite being very careful not to show herself to Bleach, she was still discovered.
The attacker didn't utter a single word from beginning to end. Tatsuki remembered that very few Bleach in the Seireitei acted this way. From the information she knew, there was only one team, the Squad 2, the Stealth Force.
After Tatsuki knocked Bleach in front of him with a karate chop, more Bleach appeared before him. Accompanying them was a fat man dressed in a Shinigami Uniform, with a purple collar and gold jewelry, looking every bit the nouveau riche.
Tatsuki wouldn't waste the materials she had prepared before class; she recognized him at a glance as Marechiyo Ōmaeda, the Vice-Captain of the Squad 2.
"Is this the little rat that invaded Seireitei?" Ōmaeda yawned and said. His entire squad had stayed up all night for these guys, and it would be best to finish as soon as possible.
"Who are you calling a little mouse?" Tatsuki didn't give the guy who was being rude to him a friendly look either.
"I don't have time to argue with you right now, let's get this over with."
Under Ōmaeda's command, all the Bleach surrounding Tatsuki launched an attack on her. Tatsuki had no intention of fighting them head-on, and instead found a weak point and attacked directly.
A karate punch sent one Bleach flying, knocking several Bleach down with it. A flash of green light appeared beneath his feet as Tatsuki leaped half a meter into the air and delivered a swift downward kick that shattered a patch of earth, creating an opening in the encirclement and allowing him to break free quickly.
With Fullbring Light, Tatsuki quickly distanced herself from Ōmaeda and the others. She didn't immediately call for help, but stayed with Tsuna. Tatsuki was well aware that the purpose of their trip to Seireitei was to give them, her companions, a chance to practice. As for Rukia, she would be fine. Tsuna told them to focus on developing their abilities.
Therefore, Tatsuki did not immediately seek help, but she was still capable of handling things if it Marechiyo Ōmaeda.
"Damn it, hurry and chase after them!"
Having been tricked, Ōmaeda immediately called for his men to move out. Since Ōmaeda was leading the Squad 2's patrol squad, whose main job was to patrol the Seireitei, their strength was not among the top in the Squad 2. Gradually, apart from Ōmaeda, no one could keep up with Tatsuki's pace.
As the Vice-Captain, Ōmaeda was quite capable, and after some time, he came close to Tatsuki.
"Smash him, Five-Shaped Head."
Two days ago, he directly unleashed his Zanpakuto, and a spiked meteor hammer the size of a millstone flew towards Tatsuki. Tatsuki stopped in his tracks and countered with a straight punch wrapped in spiritual pressure, meeting the Five Elements Head's punch head in two.
The Five-Headed Beast's attack was still quite powerful. Tatsuki, who was hit, fell to the ground, leaving a small crater under his feet.
Stopping was Tatsuki's choice; she had shaken off the unnecessary Bleach, and Ōmaeda, the Vice-Captain, was a perfect match for her.
"It's really slippery," Ōmaeda said, slightly out of breath.
Tatsuki gave Ōmaeda a ready signal, then quickly rushed towards him. She had to finish this quickly, as the Grim Bleach she had shaken off might catch up at any moment.
Seeing Tatsuki concentrate his spiritual pressure into his fist, Ōmaeda couldn't help but think of their squad leader, Soi Fon, who also had a similar fighting style. If that was the case, then they had to deal with it carefully.
With the Five-Shaped Head retracted in front of him, Tatsuki with all his might, then chanted the incantation. "Hadō 33, Sōkatsui!"
Facing the oncoming Five-Type Head, Tatsuki fought back with a series of straight punches, Tangcao!
The burst of spiritual pressure from the fist pushed aside the direction the Five-Character Head was heading, but behind the Five-Character Head was the Sōkatsui hidden by Ōmaeda.
The moment he saw the Sōkatsui, Tatsuki understood the significance of Tsuna bringing them to Soul Society. Only real combat could allow them to absorb the results of their training as quickly as possible. The somewhat illusory karate uniform on Tatsuki's body gradually solidified, awaiting the arrival of the Sōkatsui.
With a boom, a human figure appeared faintly within the pale flames. With a sizzle, like fire meeting water, all the flames generated by the Sōkatsui were extinguished, and Tatsuki's appearance slowly emerged from the thick white mist.
Tatsuki had completely changed. His somewhat ethereal karate uniform had vanished, replaced by a Tatsuki dressed in a tight-fitting combat suit. The suit was predominantly white, with a white tight-fitting outer garment, a black inner garment, and black stripes symbolizing a black belt around his waist and hips. The open garment was dark blue, and his hands and feet were protected by blue striped straps.
(This skin is based on Han Joo-ri's bodysuit from Street Fighter 6, but with a black and white color scheme and blue accents.)
This is Tatsuki's Fullbring, Stage 2. Strictly speaking, Tatsuki's previous illusory karate uniform was like Ichigo illusory Shinigami Uniform when he first learned Fullbring. This bodysuit, however, is Tatsuki form after copying multiple talents. Only in this state can she truly unleash the power of those copied talents.
"Damn it," Ōmaeda said. He could clearly feel a stronger spiritual pressure emanating from Tatsuki, which made it hard for him to say whether he was a match for Tatsuki.
Ōmaeda hesitated. In truth, his fighting spirit wasn't particularly strong. Compared to fulfilling his duties in the Squad 2, he cared more about good food, money, and his family's business.
Just as Ōmaeda was preparing to retreat first and then see what to do next, he heard a cold voice that made him somewhat afraid.
"Omaeda, where are you going?"
Ōmaeda turned his head, his body trembled, and he said nervously, "Captain, according to the First Division's orders, I'm going to ask you for help."
The newcomer was none other than Soi Fon, the captain of the Squad 2. She was a petite girl who looked rather insignificant standing next to the massive Omaeda.
Soi Fon always wore an arrogant and aloof expression. She didn't care about Ōmaeda's idea of retreating, but instead took a step forward to shield Tatsuki was unleashing.
Ōmaeda whispered in Soi Fon's ear, "Captain, where are the other members?"
"Everyone else is scattered throughout Seireitei. If you and I can't handle it, sending more people won't help."
After explaining, Soi Fon immediately drew her Zanpakuto, released it, and stung Sting All Enemies to Death — Suzumebachi!
The Suzumebachi is a finger sleeve on the right middle finger. When an enemy is pricked by the finger sleeve, a black butterfly-shaped "Hōmonka pattern" will appear on that spot. When the center of the pattern is hit by Suzumebachi again, it will trigger Suzumebachi's Shikai ability, Two-Hit Kill, resulting in immediate death.
Therefore, when Tsuna was explaining the information to his companions, Soi Fon was highlighted by Tsuna, as he could easily be hit by her Two-Hit Kill if he wasn't careful.
Tatsuki immediately called for help the moment he saw Soi Fon. Soi Fon was a high-threat woman, and there was no need to force himself to endure it just to train. Yoruichi was currently heading in their direction.
"Have you called for help?"
Soi Fon suddenly appeared behind Tatsuki. Suzumebachi had already reached towards Tatsuki's back. She had discovered that Tatsuki was secretly calling for help, and the reason she didn't stop Tatsuki was to let Tatsuki summon more companions so that they could be caught in one fell swoop.
After Tatsuki called for help, Soi Fon immediately launched an attack on Tatsuki's blind spot.
Tatsuki suddenly felt a chill down his spine. As expected of the captain of the Stealth Force, the speed of his Flash Step was unmatched by ordinary Bleach. Fortunately, Tatsuki was prepared and, without thinking, kicked out with a spinning kick the moment he noticed Soi Fon disappear.
Soi Fon changed her attack direction, combining her Suzumebachi kick with Tatsuki's spinning kick. Soi Fon, having taken the kick, landed not far from Tatsuki, while Tatsuki was in a bad way, with a Hōmonka on his ankle.
Seeing that Tatsuki had shifted his position and deliberately concealed the foot marked with the Hōmonka behind his back, Soi Fon coldly asked, "You know my Zanpakuto ability? It's useless. The next strike will take your life!"
"Captain, shouldn't we arrest her and interrogate her accomplices?" Ōmaeda, not expecting Soi Fon to be so murderous, quickly tried to dissuade her.
"This is becoming a problem." Soi Fon glanced at Suzumebachi and said, not expecting that the ability to Two-Hit Kill would actually become a limitation for her. But it doesn't matter, Suzumebachi Zanpakuto n't restrict her abilities much.
Soi Fon moved with incredible speed, unleashing dozens of clones around Tatsuki. All the clones launched a coordinated attack on Tatsuki, Hakuda was their Squad 2's specialty.
Facing an attack from a swarm of Soi Fon, Tatsuki showed no signs of weakness. High kicks, jumping kicks, and spinning kicks flowed smoothly through Tatsuki's fighting style after Fullbring. This style incorporated Taekwondo kicking techniques into his karate foundation.
Soi Fon was surprised to find that Tatsuki's body was exceptionally flexible, allowing her to kick her clones from unusual angles. As Tatsuki's attacks became more fluid, Soi Fon finally lost the ability to maintain her clone-releasing pace and appeared alone above Tatsuki's head.
However, Soi Fon didn't just stand in the air. She spun around and landed, using the force of the spin to launch a downward kick attack called "Windmill" at Tatsuki.
Seeing the attack from above, Tatsuki reacted quickly, unleashing a Fullbring Light of spiritual pressure with her right foot. Propelled by the rebounding force, she delivered an extremely fast high kick towards the top of her head!
The downward slash and the upward kick collided rapidly. Soi Fon used the reaction force from the kick to flip herself higher, and Tatsuki also suffered a slump, not feeling well either.
However, after Soi Fon flipped over, she was holding a ball of red spiritual pressure in her arms. Way of Destruction No. 31: Red Fire Cannon at Tatsuki, trying to seize the time and rhythm and suppress Tatsuki's fighting skills.
To Soi Fon's even greater surprise, just as the Red Fire Cannon was about to hit Tatsuki, Red Fire Cannon actually extinguished it with a wave of his Tatsuki, without making a sound at all.
Anti-Demon Killing?
An unbelievable thought popped into Soi Fon's mind: How could this be?
The Anti-Demon Killing involves using Kido of the same quality as the opponent to destroy their Kido. Leaving aside how this Ryoka managed to master the same Kido, how could the amount of spiritual pressure infused into her Kido be exactly the same as hers?
Are you kidding me!
Soi Fon unleashed three Kido attacks at Tatsuki in quick succession: two Bakudo and one Hadō. She simply couldn't believe that the Ryoka's abilities had such a wide range.
But Tatsuki, right in front of Soi Fon, repeatedly struck and extinguished all of Soi Fon's Kido.
After acquiring the ability to control Reishi and the talent for Kido, Tatsuki also studied under three masters of Kido. It can be said that apart from some high-end Kido and self-created Kido, Tatsuki can already master ordinary Kido with ease.
This is the first time Soi Fon has taken Tatsuki seriously as an opponent. With just this one Anti-Demon Killing, Tatsuki could easily secure a Seated Officer in the squad.
Soi Fon tossed away her Captain's Haori and the sleeves of her Shinigami Uniform, revealing her petite figure in the backless, sleeveless Shinigami Uniform.
Soi Fon pointed at Tatsuki with her Suzumebachi and said, "This is the end of the Ryoka. I will kill you in the name of the Commander-in-Chief of the Stealth Force!"
Tatsuki's worst fears came true: Soi Fon intended to kill her. What was most troublesome for her was Suzumebachi's Two-Hit Kill -Two-Hit Kill ability, as her spiritual pressure was not strong enough to make her immune to its effects.
Just then, the voice that Soi Fon had been longing for appeared, "Commander-in-Chief of the Stealth Force, how impressive!"
Soi Fon looked towards the source of the sound, her pupils contracting. The woman standing leisurely in the treetop was none other than Yoruichi Shihōin, who always appeared in her dreams!
(P. S.: Regarding Tatsuki's Fullbring, as someone who grew up playing with those two spiritual pressure tanks, what's wrong with me giving him Fullbring? Why do you have to come to fanfiction to nitpick about things that the original work contradicts its established rules?)
