As for other level-five beings, they could generally be divided into five tiers, depending on the Law Power they commanded and the nature of their individual talents.
The first tier was undoubtedly the weakest.
The Law Power these beings commanded was fairly ordinary, and they had only recently advanced. They had no special gifts or opportunities, either. Though they held an overwhelming advantage over level-four beings, they could still be injured by certain unusual creatures.
For example, a clone of Quanzu possessed roughly this level of strength.
The second tier was the middle tier.
Beings in this tier commanded Law Power with unusual properties, possessed a noble and undying nature, or had an exceptionally high affinity with their laws and special abilities. They might also possess some kind of extraordinary talent or treasure. If the Law Power they commanded was fairly ordinary, this would be the ultimate destination of their evolution, even after a lifetime of effort.
Xixi Li and An Liya, who had recently advanced within the Academic World, belonged to this tier.
The third tier was the advanced tier.
Every being capable of evolving to this point had astonishing, miraculous potential. Each could evolve to an even higher tier, and possessed either unique gifts or profound reserves of wisdom.
