After pouring the pine oil out of the Pine Oil Collector, Wang Yu stuck it back onto the cedar tree.
Then he put the Tin Bucket filled with pine oil into the Backpack.
Back at the shelter, Wang Yu prepared breakfast. He would have roasted rabbit meat.
He'd eaten roasted water snail meat all day yesterday and wanted a change of taste.
Wang Yu had four portions of rabbit meat, each weighing 300 g. He took out his entrenching tool and divided them into 200 g portions, ending up with six portions of rabbit meat.
Food was scarce, so he could only eat four liang of meat and some berries at each meal.
Then Wang Yu took out one 200 g portion of rabbit meat and put it over the Fire Pit to roast.
Once it was ready, Wang Yu tried it. Roasted rabbit meat tasted different from roasted water snail meat. It wasn't as tender and savory, but it was still pretty good.
After breakfast, it was already past nine in the morning.
He could use the Dice to increase the quantity of his items again.
Wang Yu climbed out of the shelter using the Wooden Ladder and went to the pile of wood outside. The wood was cedar he had spent all day preparing yesterday.
There were 18 Large Wooden Planks, each 3.04 meters long, 20 centimeters wide, and 10 centimeters thick.
There were also two Large Logs, each 5.45 meters long and 10 centimeters thick. One had been charred, and the other hadn't.
There were twenty pieces of wood in total, and Wang Yu had tied them together with a vine.
That made them a bundle of lumber.
Wang Yu took out the Dice. The pips on every face had turned gold again, and now he was going to use them to increase the quantity of this bundle of lumber.
Tying the wood together with a vine wasn't just for show. It was Rule Power.
Only after tying the wood together with a vine did it count as a bundle of lumber. Otherwise, the Dice couldn't lock onto the wood, so they couldn't increase its quantity.
If Wang Yu had a huge piece of cloth big enough to wrap around a mountain, he could increase the number of mountains, too.
No matter how many there were or how large they were, as long as he could give them a concrete boundary, he could increase their quantity.

Then he felt the bundle lock into place, and immediately rolled the Dice in his right hand.
The Dice floated into the air and spun.
Wang Yu watched them intently. The higher the number, the better.
Processing the wood had been no easy task; it had taken him a whole day. The more lumber the Dice added, the better he could decorate the shelter.
A moment later, the Dice stopped.

Wang Yu had rolled a four.
The result exceeded his expectations.
Four glowing images appeared above the Dice: four bundles of lumber.
Wang Yu didn't release the four images. There was so much wood that it would probably take him all day to carry it into the shelter.
There wasn't enough room to put all that lumber inside at once, either.
The items added by the Dice didn't have to be released immediately. But when he next used the Dice to increase an item's quantity, he wouldn't be able to do so unless he released the items from the previous roll.
So he could wait until before his next use of the Dice to release the lumber.
Before bringing the lumber out, Wang Yu needed to give the shelter a basic finish, just as a house needed its basic finish before its deluxe decoration.
Wang Yu climbed the ladder and reached the Gap in the Stone Wall.
The gap was 4.1 meters high, while the top of the Giant Stone was 5.4 meters above the ground. That left only 1.3 meters between the gap and the top, so Wang Yu climbed up easily.
Thick moss covered the Giant Stone. Wang Yu took out the Tin Buckets and began collecting it.
The task went quickly, and soon he had collected four Tin Buckets of moss.
He had six Tin Buckets: one held clean water, and another held pine oil.
Wang Yu put all four buckets into the Backpack, then climbed down the ladder into the Stone Wall. Once he was on the ground, he took out the buckets filled with moss.
There were gaps where the four Giant Stones joined together. They weren't wide: the narrowest spots were only two or three centimeters across, and the widest were just seven or eight.
Wang Yu needed to plug all of them with moss.
The gaps were narrow, but deep—1.1 meters.
Wang Yu picked up the moss and began stuffing it into the gaps between the Giant Stones. From inside the Stone Wall, he couldn't fill the full 1.1-meter depth, so he only plugged the first forty or fifty centimeters.
The moss on top of the Giant Stones was thick and dense. Stuffed into the gaps, it sealed them tightly.
The four Giant Stones were covered with thirty square meters of moss each, adding up to more than a hundred square meters. There was plenty to fill the gaps.
It took Wang Yu over an hour, with the help of the Wooden Ladder, to plug the gaps between all four Giant Stones from inside the shelter with thick moss.
Next, Wang Yu cleared everything off the ground inside the Stone Wall, carrying the firewood, rocks, and all the other items up onto the Giant Stones.
Once the ground inside the Stone Wall was clear, Wang Yu took out his entrenching tool and began leveling it.
He filled the Tin Buckets with the dirt he dug up. When four buckets were full, he took them outside the shelter and dumped them.
After leveling the ground inside the shelter, Wang Yu began digging holes. In the middle of the floor beneath the two 5.3-meter-long side walls, he dug a 30-centimeter-deep hole beneath each one with his entrenching tool.
After digging both holes, Wang Yu climbed the Wooden Ladder to the top of the Giant Stone. He had stripped the moss from two of the Giant Stones.
He had used all that moss to fill the gaps between the four Giant Stones inside the Stone Wall.
Wang Yu reached the top of the Giant Stone. He had used the Dice to add four bundles of lumber, and now it was time to release them.
He released two bundles of lumber onto each of the two Giant Stones. Each Giant Stone had thirty square meters of space, more than enough for two bundles.
Each bundle contained 18 planks and two logs.
Then Wang Yu climbed down the Wooden Ladder and went outside the shelter. He lit a fire in the Fire Basin beneath the Giant Stone.
Outside the shelter, he had the bundle of lumber he'd spent all day preparing.
Wang Yu took two large planks from the bundle and held one end of each in the fire. He burned about 30 centimeters of each plank, charring the ends.
After charring the ends of the two planks, Wang Yu took the charred Large Log from the bundle outside the shelter and stood it against the Giant Stone.
Next, Wang Yu carried the two planks with charred ends up to the Giant Rock Notch. He lowered them from the top of the notch into the shelter.
Then Wang Yu stood at the Giant Rock Notch, pulled the charred Large Log up, and lowered it into the Stone Wall as well.
Of the four bundles on top of the Giant Stones, each contained a charred Large Log. Wang Yu brought all four of them into the Stone Wall, too.
That left him with five charred Large Logs and two Large Wooden Planks with one end charred inside the Stone Wall.
