When Jiang Fengyu and Zhao Tingzhu arrived, Zhao Tingzhu attacked Han Yin, and Yu Sui intervened as the confrontation began.

• Dao Xuan proposed breaking Old Man Chang’s seal to make Yu Sui a Normal Practitioner before taking back the Primordial Soil, but he then angrily condemned the Prince’s plan to kill her.
• Yuan Xi and Tang Yuan realized Yu Sui had disappeared and went searching for her, while Yu Sui traveled to Old Man Yan’s building to retrieve Han Yin.
• Yu Sui reunited Han Yin with Han Ziyang through the Listening Wind Ruler, then met Old Man Yan and learned that the He Clan ruled the Three Clans and that the Nine Schools came from the He Clan.
• Old Man Yan warned Yu Sui that Nangong Ming was moving against her and told her to stay hidden as Jiang Fengyu and Zhao Tingzhu arrived.

Yu Sui confronted Zhao Tingzhu, who revealed that Old Man Yan had betrayed Yu Sui by informing others of her Heavenly Eye. As Zhao Tingzhu attacked Old Man Yan, Yu Sui arrived and declared that she had come to kill Zhao Tingzhu.

• Zhao Tingzhu mocked Yu Sui, explained that the Incomplete Primordial Soil could be transferred to a child, and entered the pavilion with Jiang Fengyu to confront Old Man Yan.
• Zhao Tingzhu told Old Man Yan that his family had ordered his death, then defeated the Nine Schools Practitioners and a Military Thirteenth Realm Master who attacked her.
• Yu Sui appeared inside the Scorching Sun Array and challenged Zhao Tingzhu over her claim that Yu Sui could not kill her mother.

Yu Sui fought Zhao Tingzhu and Jiang Fengyu after they tried to take Old Man Yan, revealing the power of her Heavenly Eye and forcing Zhao Tingzhu back. After Old Man Yan agreed to leave with them, Yu Sui let him go and chose to return to the Nangong Mansion rather than flee the Imperial Capital.

• Zhao Tingzhu overwhelmed Yu Sui with her punches, while Jiang Fengyu offered to take Old Man Yan back and Old Man Yan agreed so Yu Sui could leave safely.
• Yu Sui resurfaced with her Heavenly Eye active, destroyed Jiang Fengyu's teleportation formation, and dodged Zhao Tingzhu's attacks by predicting their range.
• Zhao Tingzhu broke the Scorching Sun Array, but Yu Sui used Reverse Star Reverse Extreme to reflect her punch; Jiang Fengyu intercepted the force and restrained Zhao Tingzhu.

The orb’s brief activation affected the other World Destroyers, while Gongsun Qi moved to investigate the Nangong Family and Ming Yueqing confronted Zhou Kingdom’s forces at Yongyuan City.

• Yu Sui persuaded Muyang and Yan Xing to seal her Five Elements Qi and let her rest beneath the eaves while she spoke with the squad about their children.
• Yu Sui broke free of the Five Elements Lock and killed Muyang, Yan Xing, and the other ten members of the Nangong Sixth Department with Strange Fire and Reverse Star Reverse Extreme.
• Yu Sui forced the Strange Fire to stop, collapsed inside a house, and briefly activated the Fire Spirit Orb before losing consciousness.
• The other four World Destroyers felt pain in their souls as the Fire Spirit Orb went dark; Xue Mushi tried to contact Yu Sui, and Han Ziyang feared she had died.

Yu Sui recovered from her fight and explained how the exotic flame, the Primordial Soil, and the Yin Yang Double Fish affected her power. After Mei Chengyu crossed into Qingyang to find her, she asked him to leave everything behind and go with her once she had killed Lady Su and reclaimed the Primordial Soil; he agreed.

• Han Ziyang told Yu Sui he had burned the bodies of the twelve people she killed, and she explained that she used an exotic flame and Reverse Star Reverse Extreme to defeat them.
• Yu Sui told Han Ziyang about her connection to Zhao Yuxiang and said she intended to kill Lady Su and take back the Primordial Soil.
• A Quan revealed that he had secretly planted a Tracking Orb on Han Ziyang, and Gongsun Qi returned the Listening Wind Ruler to Yu Sui.
• Yu Sui heard Mei Chengyu say he had crossed the Sea Eye into Qingyang after Gongsun Qi led him to believe she might be dead.

Yu Sui revealed what she knew about the He Clan and Zhao Yuxiang, while Gongsun Qi reconsidered her as a person and explained the danger of using the strange fire. Elsewhere, the Qingyang Emperor tightened his response to the crisis, and Lady Su confronted the Mute Woman over her betrayal.

• Yu Sui told Han Ziyang, Gongsun Qi, and the others about the He Clan's Three Tribes and Three Teachings Messengers, and said the He Clan had taken Zhao Yuxiang away.
• Gongsun Qi decided to go to King Nangong's Mansion to ask Nangong Ming where Zhao Yuxiang had been taken, then warned Yu Sui that the strange fire burned its user's body and learned she had first experienced Death Empathy as an infant.
• The Qingyang Emperor demanded that Nangong Ming come to the palace and ordered Wang Jingshu to go to the Thirty-Six Streets after hearing that Chu Jin had escaped and Nangong Sui had disappeared.
• Nangong Ming learned that the Nangong Sixth Department had been wiped out and that Yu Sui was missing, while Cao Yan brought the Mute Woman back after she had sought help for Yu Sui.
• Lady Su confronted the Mute Woman about betraying her and giving Yu Sui the Heart-Eating Powder, and the Mute Woman silently denied giving the powder but apologized for choosing to protect Yu Sui.

Su Feng defied Nangong Ming and left to save Yu Sui, while Yu Sui tested the seal hiding the Primordial Soil and returned to the Prince’s Mansion. There she confronted Lady Su over the Mute Woman’s death, and the two attacked as Five Elements Qi surged around them.

• Nangong Ming forced Su Feng to choose between saving Yu Sui and remaining with Zhongli Que, and Su Feng left to help his sister.
• Nangong Ming went to the palace and ordered Han Bing to manage the mansion, while Cao Yan reported that Yu Sui and Gu Gan were still missing.

When Cao Yan’s attack failed and Yu Sui unleashed Ghost Dao Summoning, blood rain devastated the courtyard, leaving Yu Sui and the wounded Lady Su facing one another as Pale White Light stirred within them.

• A Quan raised the Book of Heaven Barrier to keep Cao Yan and the others from reaching Yu Sui, while the Hunyuan Five Elements Array restored Lady Su’s four Phantom Beast Shadows.
• Yu Sui told Lady Su that she remembered being nearly strangled as a baby and recalled how Lady Su and Nangong Ming had used her as bait to protect Qingkui.
• Lady Su called Yu Sui a monster and attacked, while Cao Yan threw the Suiyun Divine Spear toward Yu Sui.

• Yu Sui killed Lady Su after revealing that their grandmother had known Yu Sui was not afraid of Mount Luo Peak's Cold Air, then teleported away with Gongsun Qi and Han Ziyang.
• Wu Huaiwei, Wei Xizhen, and Tang Qing arrived at King Nangong's Mansion and learned that Yu Sui had taken the Primordial Soil and might die from the Cold Poison transferred from Lady Su.
• An Otherworldly Flame erupted, and Zhongli Que foresaw Zhou Kingdom being destroyed by Black Flame before she fainted.

After Ming Yueqing’s Exotic Fire destroyed Zhou Kingdom, Yu Sui escaped with her allies and chose to travel with Mei Chengyu, while Zhongli Que began training to find the World Destroyer. Yu Sui secretly visited Zhongli Que, gave her tools to help her learn and stay connected, then revealed that she was the World Destroyer and vanished into the storm.

• Han Ziyang undid the seal targeting Yu Sui’s Xi Rang while Gongsun Qi and Yu Sui discussed how the Exotic Fire had spread through the Five Elements Qi.
• The Qingyang Emperor learned that the Exotic Fire had destroyed Zhou Kingdom, and Nangong Ming discovered Lady Su’s corpse and ordered his people to find Han Ziyang.
• Mei Chengyu and Yu Sui buried the Mute Woman, and Mei Chengyu told Yu Sui he wanted to take her with him; she accepted his hand.

After Zhao Xiang's parents were murdered by a man suffering a Lan Poison episode, Yu Sui and Mei Chengyu took her in and began training her while investigating the poison trade. A month later, the three set out to confront the blind accomplice, but they encountered a returning Taiyi genius carrying a badly wounded person.

• Zhao Xiang discovered her parents murdered, and Yu Sui's Five Elements Light Core killed the attacker as Yu Sui learned the culprit was suffering a Lan Poison episode.
• Zhao Xiang accused the Imperial Orchid Division of helping the accomplice escape and begged Yu Sui to help avenge her parents; Yu Sui agreed to take her in and investigate.
• Yu Sui and Mei Chengyu identified the accomplice as Blind, learned he was hiding underground with Buried in Earth, and trained Zhao Xiang in Nine Schools Techniques.

Yu Sui and Mei Chengyu watched Zhao Xiang confront the people trading Lan Poison, and Zhao Xiang killed the blind contact while Wan Qi secured medicine for the dying Pu Heng. After Wan Qi left Pu Heng, Zhao Xiang confronted him with the remaining poison, and Pu Heng explained that Wan Guiyue controlled Xuan Kui’s Lan Poison business.

• Yu Sui and Zhao Xiang hid near the Ancient Ginkgo Tree and watched Wan Qi bring the injured Pu Heng to meet the blind contact for Lan Poison.
• Zhao Xiang attacked the blind man over her parents’ deaths, overcame him with help from Yu Sui’s hidden intervention, and killed him.
• Wan Qi stopped Zhao Xiang from attacking Pu Heng, obtained Return Soul Incense from her through an unseen force, and left with Pu Heng to treat his poison relapse.
• After Pu Heng recovered, Wan Qi argued with him about their past and parted ways, saying he wanted a peaceful life and would not return to Xiangshui Village.

Their search led them to a new lead in the Western Wasteland, where Mei Chengyu recognized Gu Gan and Xun Zhiya, believed dead, heading to find Shi Yuezhen.

• Wan Qi returned to his clinic with Kong Yiyi and found Xing Chun gravely ill, while Yu Sui and Mei Chengyu watched from hiding.
• Yu Sui transferred the Heart-Devouring Ants from Xing Chun into herself and dissolved them with Xirang, then noticed a Zhong Eye inside him.
• Kong Yiyi told Wan Qi that Shi Yuezhen had been captured by the Black Fortress, and they sought help searching registration records for a suspicious survivor of the avalanche.

Yu Sui and Mei Chengyu pursued Gu Gan and Xun Zhiya toward the Black Fortress, while Yu Sui’s strange fire nearly burned Mei Chengyu. After deciding to investigate Ming Yueqing in Zhou Kingdom, they followed Gu Gan and Xun Zhiya into the Reed Swamp, where they spotted Ji Meng.

• Mei Chengyu confirmed the dead man bore the red spider mark and chose to keep Kong Yiyi and the others uninformed while he and Yu Sui followed Gu Gan and Xun Zhiya.
• Gu Gan comforted the ailing Xun Zhiya and promised to help her find evidence against her Imperial Uncle at the Black Fortress.
• Yu Sui’s strange fire suddenly ignited and badly burned Mei Chengyu’s arm; she worried that Ming Yueqing was influencing the fire and resolved to investigate him in Zhou Kingdom.

• Li Hongxing traded medicinal insects with Mask Six, then ordered Ji Meng to fetch young women for Lord Zhu inside the Black Fortress.
• Yu Sui’s Five Elements Light Cores were torn apart by the well’s currents, and Gu Gan decided to follow Ji Meng and question him about the Black Fortress.
• Pu Heng learned that a powerful practitioner had used Word Control to make Xiangshui Village residents forget the names of Zhao Xiang’s instructors.

Pu Heng agreed to help Kong Yiyi and Xing Chun rescue Shi Yuezhen in exchange for their help rescuing Bei Shan and Lu Wanwan, while Yu Sui recruited Wan Qi to join them. Elsewhere, Gu Gan confronted Ji Meng and revealed that he knew about Ji Meng’s past suspicions and betrayal.

• Kong Yiyi and Xing Chun agreed to help Pu Heng rescue Bei Shan and Lu Wanwan, and they planned to leave for the Black Fortress the next day.
• Wan Qi questioned Zhao Xiang about her master, guessed that Yu Sui and Mei Chengyu had saved Xing Chun, and learned that they were acting together.
• Yu Sui visited Wan Qi, paid him to accompany Kong Yiyi and Xing Chun, and met Mei Chengyu at the Herb Garden.
• Ji Meng prepared to return to the Western Wasteland, but Gu Gan stopped him and froze his companions with Golden Word Spirits.

Gu Gan killed Ji Meng after forcing Li Hongxing to lead him through the Green Well toward the Black Fortress, while Yu Sui and Mei Chengyu followed behind and confronted the danger posed by Mei Chengyu’s failing health. Gu Gan emerged into a frozen landscape before the fortress, where a mysterious bell rang and an old man challenged the intruders.

• Ji Meng accused Gu Gan of treating him like a dog, and Gu Gan demanded that he lead the way to the Black Fortress.
• At the marshland, Ji Meng revealed Gu Gan’s identity to Li Hongxing, but Gu Gan killed Ji Meng after questioning him about Wei Ren’s shattered Light Core.
• Gu Gan forced Li Hongxing to use a vial to clear Snow Sickle Worms from the well, then entered the tunnels with him while Xun Zhiya waited for his signal.

Yu Sui and Mei Chengyu fell into an Underground City filled with people whose eyes had turned white, where the Wang Army began hunting them as intruders. They joined A Ling and the Du siblings, and A Ling disguised them with White Eyes so they could enter the Black Fortress.

• Gu Gan and Xun Zhiya escaped a distant attacker after Gu Gan triggered a Bellstone, while Yu Sui and Mei Chengyu fell through a hidden passage into the Underground City.
• Yu Sui met A Ling and the Du siblings, then questioned A Ling about her White Eyes and the Lan Poison in her body.
• The city announced a search for the intruders, and Yu Sui told A Ling they intended to enter the Black Fortress.
• A Ling offered to give Yu Sui and Mei Chengyu harmless dead bugs to make their eyes look white, but agreed to help only in exchange for treats and pretty clothes.

Mei Chengyu uncovered Du Zheng’s buried memories, revealing that the underground settlement was an old outpost whose residents had emerged from a Black Water Pool and forgotten their past.

• A Ling smuggled Yu Sui past the Wang Army and brought her to a workshop room, where she explained that workers made Return Soul Incense and that Heaven’s Mandate controlled access to the royal city and treatment for Insect Disease.
• Yu Sui learned that A Ling could see colors unlike the other workers, and A Ling agreed to help her find people taken into the royal city.
• Mei Chengyu recognized the mountain wall as a deposit of Fire-Absorbing Ice Stone and learned from Du Zheng that the workshop sorted Caterpillar Fungus and made incense.

Mei Chengyu learned how the Underground City’s residents were controlled and ordered Du Zheng to gather people willing to resist the Wang Army. Aboveground, Gu Gan reunited with Xue He, learned his father had entrusted him with the Xuan Kui Base, and set out with Xun Zhiya to find Shi Yuezhen; meanwhile, Yu Sui entered the royal city as Old Man Zhu San prepared to expand Lan Poison sales.

• Du Zheng told Mei Chengyu that A Ling had used intruders to obtain Worship Incense and Thirty Incense, and Mei Chengyu told him to gather workshop workers willing to fight the Wang Army.
• Gu Gan used his Fire Element Formation and Celestial Official to stop Xue He’s Black Spear, then Xue He recognized him as Gu Xiao’s son and embraced him.
• Xue He revealed that he had guarded the Xuan Kui Base for Gu Xiao and that the Hui Insects and Old Man Zhu San’s medicine operation were also underground.
• Gu Gan told Xun Zhiya about his parents and his father’s dream for Lan Poison, and she reassured him that she loved him regardless of his background.

Meanwhile, Yu Sui exposed A Ling’s schemes and forced her to lead the way to the Dance Pavilion, as trouble erupted across the city.

• Xue He declared Gu Gan the son of the School of Names' Poison God and the true master of the Black Fortress, and Old Man Zhu San knelt to greet him.
• Gu Gan questioned Old Man Zhu San about the Huichong Abyss and asked to see Shi Yuezhen, while Old Man Zhu San secretly sent Black Face Six to find Xun Zhan.
• Yu Sui confronted A Ling about her plans to betray her, frightened her into submission, and made her guide the way to the Dance Pavilion.

Yu Sui and A Ling were trapped by Mujin in the Buddhist Eight Sceneries of Purgatory, where Yu Sui fought off the Red Eye Curse Marks and recognized the Heart Scene's rebound effect.
