Background / History

Destruction Beasts emerged in ancient times, before the birth of the Jiang Family's Great Elder and during the era of the Divine Punishment Venerable. They were an unforeseen consequence of the natural fusion between the powers of two Dao Realms. Where the Savage Beast Realm represented a beneficial result of this fusion, Destruction Beasts embodied its destructive side. 1562

They are born from negative energy produced as the Earth Dao World and Qiyuan Star Dao World fuse. This energy erodes Great Dao Laws and damages surrounding spaces, but Destruction Beasts are the most dangerous product of the process: they destroy resources, slaughter living beings, and devastate their environment indiscriminately. 1562 1786

Countless ancient experts sacrificed themselves to contain them. Most Destruction Beasts remained sealed and dormant, but the Ancient Sacred Domain's exploitation of the Savage Beast Realm increased negative energy on Qiyuan Star and progressively loosened those seals. The later acceleration of Dao World Power fusion caused large-scale premature awakenings. 1562 1786

Their birthplace is the Destruction Beast Space, a Secret Realm-like domain formed from the same negative energy. It could not fully descend upon Qiyuan Star until the two Dao Worlds fused further; the Destruction Beasts sought that descent because materializing the space would make their race fully real and grant even low-ranked beasts physical bodies. 1806 2070

In the Immortal Realm, Qin Shaofeng identified similar Destruction Beasts as Devour Beasts. They congregate in regions rich in spiritual qi, while their flesh and blood contain no usable spiritual qi. 2036

Appearance

Destruction Beasts are generally gray-black, hairless, elephant-sized creatures with exposed fangs, black spikes across their bodies, and an alien-like appearance. Their presence carries little sense of life; instead, they emit an aura of ferocity, madness, and destruction. 1795
