There was a traitor. But who could it be? He had no clue.

The enemy was building fortifications across the river, probably to help them cross. The troops on the front line should be able to see them from this side. It wasn't much of a lead.

A mountain force of three thousand? The narrow Gongta Grassland, wedged between the Tedel Mountains, was the enemy's only route of attack. Why deliberately train a mountain force? And why had they been the first to reach the Aiva River, alongside the Third Legion...

A possibility occurred to Donald. The enemy's strange inactivity over the past few days suddenly made sense.

Donald realized he needed to report this intelligence to his superiors. But when he reached the Training Corps camp, he hesitated.

How could he explain to Dean Kane where the information had come from? Before leaving, Adarua had told him not to reveal their involvement. So who else could he blame...

As Donald stood there, unsure what to do, Dean Devis's voice rang out.

"Donald, is something the matter?" Devis had spotted him standing outside the camp, frowning and hesitating for quite some time.

"Oh, Dean... I have a theory... about the military situation." Donald carefully weighed his words.

"The military situation? Come on, let's hear it."

As he followed Dean Devis into the Training Corps camp, Donald said, "The enemy still hasn't attacked after all this time. I think there could be a plot behind it..."

"A plot?" At the word, Dean Devis stopped and turned to look at Donald. "What sort of plot do you think it might be?"

"Haha, Devis, you've taught your students well." Dean Kane laughed heartily, then turned to Donald. "Son, I brought up the same theory at the legion meeting, but the dukes dismissed
