For a while, Lein had thought Zeus was indecisive and hesitant, unable to defeat his powerful enemies before they could put more pressure on Olympus Holy Mountain.

Who would have thought...

I laughed at Zeus for having a chronic case of procrastination, while Zeus laughed at me for not understanding Olympus.

When the second and third generations of God Kings rose to power, Cronus seized his chance to castrate his father, Uranus, while Zeus spent a long time serving his father, Cronus, as a lackey before finally managing to poison him.

To sum it up in one sentence: a con, a sneak attack!

Zeus was an incredibly complicated fellow. Looking back over his life, he was a god through and through, yet embodied every human failing.

Never mind being despicable, shameless, and lecherous—when it came to opponents of equal standing, he'd always resort to underhanded tricks rather than face them head-on.

Yet he was exceptionally harsh toward mortals. Anyone who dared challenge his Divine Might was thrown into hell, or had their city burned and their clan wiped out.

At first, Lein hadn't figured out what Zeus was up to. He'd thought Zeus really was trapped. But on closer inspection, he realized Zeus wasn't procrastinating at all. The guy had found out his father had joined the Chaos Army and grown much stronger. He knew he probably couldn't win, so he'd simply taken the first chance to disappear.

Zeus had retreated in order to advance. So how would the "story" unfold from here?

A former God King who had regained his power, and the God King before him, who had regained his power too—they shared a blood feud over one of them having castrated the other. Once they couldn't find Zeus, could they really coexist peacefully?
