That made no sense at all!
But when you considered what Cronus did next, it made perfect sense—in fact, it was downright vicious!
How had he risen to power back then?
Gaea had gotten Uranus, who had already turned into a violent old bastard, drunk. None of his children had dared to make a move. None except Cronus.
How had a Titan of the sky, so immense, ended up like a lamb led to slaughter?
The answer lay in the words gotten drunk!
Earth Mother Goddess Gaea had forced the crops to grow, then fermented them into wine. As it happened, she had passed that very trick on to Cronus, the god of agriculture.
When this liquor, potent enough to get even a Titan drunk, filled Uranus's gaseous body, a subtle reaction quickly took shape within him.
A considerable portion of Uranus's seemingly intangible body was forcibly made solid.
The next scene looked a little ridiculous.
Uranus was a full ten kilometers long, and yet Cronus grabbed him with his bloodied left hand like a giant cockroach kite being reeled in, then performed a spectacular over-the-shoulder throw, slamming him hard into the ground.
"Boom—"
The ruins of God King Zeus's temple were once again subjected to wanton destruction!
This time, it was at the hands of his good old uncle!
Cronus had only flattened it by sitting on it before. Now Uranus's fall had caved it in so badly that it had become a small basin.
When Cronus pinned his ten-kilometer-long father's Godly Physique to the top of the sacred mountain with the force of a true Reversal of the Heavenly Gang, he raised the black sickle in his right hand and bellowed, "Die—!"
As the first God King, how could Uranus simply sit back and wait to die? A
