Whether it was Zeus, Poseidon, Hades, Hera, and the other gods on Olympus's side, or the two former God Kings and Gaea on the Chaos side, every last one of them was left awkwardly speechless.
After a brief moment of stunned silence, Zeus, whose plans had been going wrong at every turn, flew into a rage at the sight of the ever-persistent Lein.
"You! You! You again, Lein Tesla! Why haven't you fallen yet!?" Zeus roared, his hair and beard bristling with fury. He didn't even spare a glance for Hera, whose expression was just as grim. "Isn't the World-class Chaos God at your doorstep enough to keep you busy?"
"Heh. So you finally admit you colluded with the Chaos Lord and betrayed the coordinates of the Chaos World, a fellow member of the Order faction?" Lein's mocking voice echoed through the void.
Zeus wanted to pinpoint where Lein's voice was coming from, or figure out how he was spying on them, but he couldn't find a thing.
Clearly, Lein was more adept than he was at wielding divine magic in this complicated environment, where the forces of Chaos and Order were intertwined.
Zeus had given up trying to salvage things. If everything was going to hell anyway, he might as well go all the way.
"Hahahaha! So what if I did? You're the one who had your eye on my daughter!" Zeus was still fuming, with nowhere to vent his rage. "Don't think you're safe just because you're guarding that lousy place of yours! You're doomed! Soon you'll lose your world too, just like me!"
Was that some kind of family tradition?
It seemed like whenever Zeus and his family were about to bite the dust, they always cursed their sons or their sworn enemies.
Lein instinctively felt it
