A yellow arrow flew from the sky, its target the vital points of Berserker, but Berserker keenly sensed it.

"Lancer, fall back!"

A voice reached Lancer's ears from the sky. Lancer quickly retreated, knowing the power that short yellow spear could unleash after being fired by Archer.

This position won't do.

Seeing Berserker had already dodged far from the Yellow Rose, Shirou understood that even if he activated Broken Phantasm now, the explosion's power wouldn't be enough to eliminate Berserker, and it would be a waste of mana.

"Sakura, carry me and fly a bit higher above Berserker!"

The Pegasus, ridden by Sakura, neighed and charged forward, rapidly approaching Berserker.

"Self-Sealing, Temple of Darkness!"

GOOD JOB!

Heracles, the Greek hero, also felt pressure under the Petrifying Mystic Eye. While it couldn't completely petrify him, it applied enough pressure to drastically slow his speed.

"Traceon! Analyze basic structure, analyze constituent materials, alter basic structure!"

The item in Shirou's hand kept changing, changing. Creating a weapon out of thin air isn't easy; it's a miracle from nothing to something.

A sword appeared in his hand. As he nocked the sword onto the bow, the sword's blade suddenly shrank, stretching and thinning like noodles.

But unlike noodles, this sword, transformed into a spiral arrow, remained incredibly hard.

"Fake·Spiral Arrow (Sword)!"

"Broken Phantasm!"

Chapter 13: Thor? I Have a Faraday Cage!

Explosions filled the sky, shrouded in smoke. Fuyuki City was having another peaceful day of nuclear-level destruction! Gas pipes always explode so violently; the gas company must be held responsible.

"Senpai is truly amazing. The explosion's power is incredible," Sakura exclaimed, looking at the dust and smoke below.

"Of course. I essentially conjured matter from nothing and then annihilated it. This sword weighs at least a kilogram, so according to Einstein's Mass-Energy Equivalence Equation, energy equivalent to the square of the speed of light in Joules is released."

Although Sakura didn't understand, it sounded very impressive, so she clapped her hands gently. But then she suddenly realized something.

Shirou, who usually got along well with the smart kids and was a nice person, was actually a slacker. Why was he suddenly talking about physics today, and the Mass-Energy Equivalence Equation at that?

Senpai's demeanor seemed off for a while now. Is something broken?

"You two, still flirting up there, and this guy is about to revive again... No, he's already revived." Lancer was struggling to withstand Berserker's fierce attacks. If this continued, his Noble Phantasm would break!

"I'm holding them off, so fight already! Fight like you're playing a game!"

Has Lancer's worldview been completely changed after encountering modern entertainment facilities? The problem is, if he drops Broken Phantasm now, Lancer will be blown to death by it. He can't attack Lancer either; it's part of the contract. He's not that heartless to have Lancer sign a contract with unilateral obligations.

"What are you still waiting for? Archer? If you can't make a move yourself, can't you at least let Rider make a move? I don't recall the contract stating that Rider cannot attack me."
