Advancement Requirements

• Meridian opening — The Ren and Du Meridians must be opened, including all fifty-two acupoints required for the complete breakthrough. 320
• External guidance — A Grandmaster may assist by guiding inner force through the meridians; Ouyang Shuo's Circulating Meridian-Opening Method can establish a foundation in three sessions spaced twenty days apart. 349
• Meridian-Protecting Pills — Protective medicine is needed to reduce injury and the risk of Qi Deviation during the process. 349
• Personal foundation and comprehension — External aid cannot replace a cultivator's own accumulated cultivation, physical potential, and insight. Even well-supported Skyflight experts may remain stuck for decades. 320 349
