Ouyang Shuo is a leading figure of the Vermilion Bird Martial Hall and a Federation councilor. His status, power, and reputation make his name a major deterrent among martial families and Federation elites; he is publicly known as the Mad Blade Martial Venerable. 229 363

His master was a Martial Venerable who cared for him deeply, but was killed by a Martial Saint of the Different Race. Before dying, Ouyang Shuo's master entrusted him with finding their missing grandmaster, Bao Guoshan.
