It was Dumbledore!
"I, Albus Percival Wulfric Brian Dumbledore, on behalf of the Ministry of Magic of England, am willing to offer America our help."
He spoke in a low voice.
"Mr. Dumbledore! Thank you! Thank you so much!"
Onstage, Samuel was overjoyed. He could hardly wait to rush over and shake Dumbledore's hand.

Dumbledore's expression didn't change.
The instant he finished speaking, he seemed to grow taller.

"Albus, we'll leave it to you!"
"No problem. Mr. Dumbledore is a Great Wizard who can fight the 'Demon Lord' to a standstill. Once he gets to America, he'll take care of the problem in no time."
"Samuel, you don't need to worry anymore. With Dumbledore there, everything will be fine."
As long as it wasn't them, they were happy to let Dumbledore be the one to step forward. The other Great Wizards attending the meeting were delighted, too.
The matter was settled to everyone's satisfaction.

"Mr. Dumbledore, this way, please."
After the meeting,
