Klaus's Bone Ring completed its transformation within half a breath. A withered-bone-colored longsword surged out from between his fingers, Green Light racing madly along the patterns on its spine. His figure vanished from where he stood at the same time.
As he charged forward, his other hand had already reached inside his coat and pulled out something small.
A small copper bell, the Ghost-Suppressing Bell.
Green Light flashed in Klaus's hand, and the Ghost-Suppressing Bell rang.
The ringing was not loud; it could even be called extremely faint. Yet its texture was deep and lingering. The instant it entered their ears, it felt as though someone had slammed into the depths of their minds, making them dizzy.
The moment the bell's sound spread, the special individual's body jerked violently. Its muscles stiffened all over, and the fingers pressed against the Copper Pillar loosened slightly. It had clearly fallen into a stupor.
Klaus immediately understood that this was not some Transcendence-level existence. It had not reached Taboo, much less Fifth Order. It was merely a special Fourth Order entity.
Then what were they waiting for?
The instant Klaus rushed out, his Bone Sword swept forward. Dark green light exploded across the Bone Blade. Several Afterimages burst out behind him, overlapping back and forth, while his true body had already reached the creature.
