Overview
- One of the Eastern Domain's three hegemon-level forces and a top-tier power in the Dihuan Realm. Its hegemon status rests on both a sect-protecting Immortal Artifact and Mahayana Realm cultivators. 11 30
- The sect has endured for millions of years, producing countless Immortals and accumulating a formidable inherited foundation. 26 30
- Its authority once extended over twenty-one great states in the Eastern Domain; later accounts describe it as ruling more than twenty great states. 11 726
- The sect accepts talented members from affiliated forces, who must take a Sect Oath and thereafter cannot act against sect interests. 6
Stronghold and Territory
Xuantian Mountain Range
The sect is based in the Xuantian Mountain Range of Xuan Prefecture. The range spans several large prefectures and occupies roughly ninety percent of Xuan Prefecture; in practice, Xuan Prefecture serves as the sect's core stronghold. 11
- The mountain range contains spirit veins of every scale, including first-grade veins that are considered valuable outside the sect but are routinely assigned to reserve Blessed Cultivator disciples. 11
- Spiritual energy at the stronghold is described as one hundred times denser than at the Ye Family's Cloud Mist Mountain. 11
- The Sect Protecting Grand Formation does not cover the entire mountain range, as spreading it too widely would weaken its effectiveness. 11
- Cultivators are stationed beyond the formation's coverage to guard territory, manage resource points, and cultivate in cave mansions. 11
- Unauthorized persons are barred from Xuan Prefecture; even leaders of affiliated forces face strict questioning without a Sect Token. 11

Rules and Discipline
The sect's foundational principle is that all members are equal before sect rules, from Qi Refining disciples to Tribulation Crossing elders. 25 26
- Sect rules are enforced strictly to preserve unity and orderly succession over millions of years. 26
- The Sect Master and Grand Elders are regarded as embodiments of the rules; violating rules they have upheld throughout their lives would damage their Dao. 26
- Elder Yan enforced this principle by dismissing Wang Dan from the Hundred Treasures Pavilion permanently and sentencing him to three years of mining for abusing his position and threatening a fellow disciple. 26
- Blessed Cultivator disciples retain control over their Blessed Lands during their lifetimes; unauthorized entry into a Blessed Land is forbidden without the cultivator's consent or a high-level imperial decree. 28 562
- Contribution Points cannot be bought with spirit stones. They are chiefly earned through sect missions and are required for many exchanges. 15 527
Resources and Disciple Benefits
Contribution Points and Tokens
- One Contribution Point is equivalent in value to one low-grade spirit stone, but spirit stones cannot be converted back into Contribution Points. 15
- Disciple Tokens permit free use of internal teleportation arrays in many locations and support sound transmission across distances of up to three major provinces. 15
- Contribution Points determine exchange privileges and can improve a Blessed Cultivator's total ranking through spirit-medicine sales. 396 523
Blessed Cultivator Support
- Reserve Blessed Cultivator disciples receive first-grade spirit veins as potential cultivation sites. 11
- Ye Qingxuan's beginner package included a Disciple Token, Sect Handbook, mid-grade artifact, three bottles of First-order Spirit Augmentation Pills, a storage bag, and three sets of Blessed Cultivator disciple clothing. 15
- Blessed Cultivator Courtyard disciples receive a monthly stipend of three bottles of Spirit Augmentation Pills and thirty Contribution Points; ordinary servant disciples receive only one-third as many pills and spirit stones. 15
- A First-order Spirit Augmentation Pill doubles Qi Refining cultivation speed for three hours by improving spiritual-root refinement and spiritual-energy conversion. 15
- The sect later increased investment in Blessed Cultivator disciples, opened Spirit Vein Source exchange permissions, and acquired Spirit Purifying Trees to prepare for future conflict with the Azure Devil Race. 373
- Cen Zhe eventually placed the Blessed Cultivator Legacy and Origin Seeds in the Exchange Treasury, initially restricting exchanges to Origin Seeds of fifth grade and below. 626
Sect Uniforms
| Disciple rank | Uniform color |
|---|---|
| Servant Disciple / Outer Sect Disciple | Grey |
| Inner Sect Disciple | Green |
| Core Disciple | Red |
| True Inheritance Disciple | Purple |
| Inheritance Disciple | Purple-gold |
All uniforms bear the Xuantian Dao Pattern for immediate identification. A grey outer-sect uniform is equivalent to a mid-grade artifact and can produce a barrier capable of withstanding three full-power strikes from a Qi Refining Perfection cultivator. 39
History
Early Known Era
The Xuantian Sect had already existed for millions of years by Ye Qingxuan's entry, surviving the decline of countless other sects through overwhelming strength, deep foundations, and rule-based internal cohesion. 26 30
At the time Ye Qingxuan entered, the sect had at least tens of millions of disciples. Its dense spiritual environment allowed even ordinary entrants to advance rapidly, supporting a vast hierarchy of servants, outer disciples, inner disciples, and core disciples. 31
Blessed Cultivation Reforms
Cen Zhe recognized Ye Qingxuan's unusual potential and hoped he would perfect the Blessed Cultivation Path for the sect. He later concealed Qingxuan Blessed Land with the Sect Protecting Grand Formation, preventing others from seeing through Ye Qingxuan's true cultivation. 100 148
After Ye Qingxuan founded the Blessed Cultivator Three Paths, Cen Zhe made the legacy available within the sect. This transformed Blessed Cultivation from a marginal path into a major source of opportunity for disciples and elders. 626
Azure Devil Race Preparations
The sect announced disciple competitions to select combatants for future war against the Azure Devil Race, alongside contests in alchemy, artifact refining, formations, and talismans. 373
Xuantian Sect core disciples also entered lower realms such as the Xuanli Realm for training and resistance against Azure Devil Race incursions. 563 572
Liu Tai'an's Succession and the Bihai Sect Incident
Cen Zhe retired and passed the Xuantian Sword to Liu Tai'an, formally making him Sect Master. 707
When the Bihai Sect refused tribute and challenged Xuantian authority, Liu Tai'an—supported by Grand Elder Yao Qiudao—annihilated the Bihai Sect and its ancestor, Qingxia Immortal. The action restored deterrence among forces within Xuantian territory. 725 726 728
Expansion into the Endless Sea Domain
The sect approved the establishment of the Qingxuan Sect as a branch force in the Endless Sea Domain. Formation Hall and Artifact Hall personnel prepared its guardian formation, including a three-star high-grade Spirit Treasure. 759
A new site was chosen on Qingxuan Continent, where the Formation Hall established a Sect Protecting Grand Formation and Ye Qingxuan placed a Realm Gate. 761
Later Growth and Division
By Luo Linger's succession, the sect had expanded to tens of billions of carefully selected disciples, over one million Void Glimpse cultivators, over 100,000 Void Comprehension cultivators, over 9,000 Tribulation Crossing experts, and more than thirty Mahayana experts. 796
After the Way of Destiny strengthened the benefits of sect fortune, many Mahayana and True Immortal experts sought either the Sect Master position or independence. The sect allowed qualified experts to leave under rules established by Ye Qingxuan, including required applications and Contribution Point payments for disciples or elders who chose to accompany them. 836 841
Though the departures reduced its scale, the resulting pioneering spirit reinvigorated cultivation, mission participation, and internal development. 843
Saint-Realm Foundation and Later Era
Before ascending, Ye Qingxuan left the sect two major foundations: the Boundary Suppressing Pagodas and a Saint Thought Incarnation capable of three Saint-Realm strikes. He also left an Immortal Emperor Great Formation and a control token whose authority scales with the holder's share of sect destiny. 886
After more than seventy million years of development, the Xuantian Sect became one of the Dihuan Realm's two strongest powers alongside the Ye Family, with several Immortal Emperor experts. 1127
