"Yo... Big Brother Vegeta. Long time no see..."

When Betkas arrived at Frieza's spaceship in a spherical spacecraft and entered one of the rooms, he found the arrogant Vegeta sitting there, deep in thought. He immediately spoke up.

"It's you?!"

Hearing the voice, Vegeta's expression instantly turned ugly. He stood up and glared angrily at Betkas. Looking at the furious Vegeta before him, Betkas thought to himself, If you were grown up, you'd still have some right to act like this... But right now, you're just a tsundere little brat... Pah, pah, pah... What the hell am I thinking? Ever since I transmigrated, even my brain has gotten weird...

"Eh... Nappa, you're here too?" Betkas suddenly noticed the bald Youth sitting nearby and spoke. The bald Youth, Nappa, looked somewhat nervous at Betkas's arrival and respectfully replied, "Third Prince... long time no... see..."

After looking at Vegeta and Nappa, Betkas absentmindedly asked, "Mm. Are we three the only Saiyans who survived?" Vegeta froze at once, then stared at Betkas and shouted, "What did you say?!" Nappa was likewise stunned by Betkas's words.

Big Brother, this isn't Planet Vegeta. This is Lord Frieza's spaceship. If they notice anything suspicious, we'll die. So don't shout like that..." The moment Betkas finished speaking, Vegeta threw a punch at him. Betkas's gaze sharpened, and he raised his right hand to block the incoming fist.

"Don't order me around!"

Though they were only five words, Vegeta's voice was exceptionally cold. Betkas stared at Vegeta's sharp eyes and gave a faint sigh. Then he said, "Sigh... I'm not ordering you around. I'm thinking of you. You should know it yourself—there are plenty of people on Lord Frieza's spaceship who are far stronger than us. Strength determines status here. Even if we Saiyans are known as the strongest Warrior Race in the universe, we're still useless without strength."

Vegeta coldly tossed his head aside and snorted. "Hmph! What did you mean when you said only the three of us survived?"

Bald Kid Nappa looked helplessly between Vegeta and Betkas, not knowing what to do. Seeing that Vegeta had completely calmed down, Betkas finally began, "Just now... Planet Vegeta was destroyed..."

"What did you say?!!!"

Vegeta's expression changed drastically. He turned to Betkas in shock, while Nappa wore an expression of utter disbelief. Betkas repeated himself, "Planet Vegeta was destroyed. Other than us... every Saiyan on the planet is dead!" Vegeta's eyes grew slightly lost, but quickly hardened again. He then said coldly, "Planet Vegeta was destroyed. What does that have to do with me?"

Vegeta's utterly indifferent attitude truly surprised Betkas. He thought to himself, Does this guy really feel nothing for Planet Vegeta...? No, that can't be right. Then why did he later ask Son Goku to help him take revenge? Looks like he only said that because he thought he was about to die back then. Hehe, cold on the outside, warm on the inside after all...

Nappa looked at the cold Vegeta and had no idea how to respond. Betkas did not speak either, and the atmosphere instantly turned chilly.

Looking at the three of them still staring at one another, Betkas pretended to be mature, coughed a few times, and said, "Saiyans sent to other planets to attack may have survived. Vegeta flew into a rage once more. Without warning, he gathered a Ki Blast in his left hand and fired it at Betkas. Betkas coldly watched the Ki Blast rush toward him. Without hesitation, he bent both arms in front of his face to block it. The blast struck him in an instant, triggering a small explosion. Smoke and dust quickly filled the room, obscuring everyone's vision. Vegeta watched with a grim expression, while Nappa looked utterly panicked, because there was nothing he could do.

"I told you... there are always people like that in this world... too full of themselves. And those are usually the ones who die the fastest!"

The very next second, Betkas's cold voice came from within the smoke again, making Vegeta's face turn grim once more.

Betkas appeared in Vegeta and Nappa's sight looking somewhat disheveled, but he had not suffered any serious injuries. This was thanks to the special training Betkas had devised on Planet Vegeta in addition to his daily cultivation, meant to strengthen his physique. It allowed him to maintain his endurance and resistance to blows more effectively in battle. That was also why, over the years, Betkas was usually the one who won in the end whenever he fought Vegeta.

"For the sake of your own life, you should keep a lower profile until you have enough strength, Big Brother Vegeta! Many of Frieza's subordinates are deeply dissatisfied with us Saiyans... Right now, we don't have the power to fight them."

Betkas spoke with a hint of sorrow. Vegeta was slightly moved by his words, but he still did not answer, remaining proud and cold. Nappa continued to stare blankly at the two of them like a clueless fool.
