But in an instant, the Plant Lifeforms, who had been moving just moments before, froze in place. Though the entire forest remained lush and green, an eerie silence suddenly fell over it.

In the starry sky, a red humanoid lifeform with three eyes was hunting down a Metal Lifeform that kept changing shape as it squeezed through the vast clouds of dust. Its killing intent was overwhelming. It raised a hand, forming a blood-red energy sphere that made the dust around it tremble. Just as it was about to hurl the sphere, the blood-red energy scattered in every direction, leaving only the humanoid and the Metal Lifeform to continue flying forward on their momentum.

On a desert planet, a tribe made up mostly of Apprentice Level lifeforms had spent months migrating. At last, they reached a brand-new oasis. Along the way, they had slain ferocious beasts in the sea of sand; fought blade against blade with another tribe driven to desperation; and faced a revolt by those who stole water to save their own lives...

After enduring countless hardships, they finally found a new oasis. As they cheered with joy, they all suddenly and eerily toppled in every direction.
