Everyone Has Something They Pursue, Even If They Aren't the Protagonist

That overbearing look of hers was somewhat like how she used to be.

Qin Wangchuan chuckled at her teasing. He raised a hand, his fingertips slowly tracing down from the side of her neck and slipping beneath her collar.

"That was in the trial."

"But this body of yours is still that of a pure virgin."

Qin Zhaoer's breath caught, and her face flushed scarlet.

She neither dodged nor stopped him, allowing his hand to roam freely. She merely lifted her chin and continued to shamelessly pester him.

"I don't care! I'm clinging to you no matter what!"

"I'll move my things into the Divine Son Hall later—"

Qin Wangchuan listened quietly.

In the end, he slowly lowered his head and gently placed a kiss upon her forehead.

"Alright."

Qin Zhaoer froze at first.

Then her entire body sprang up, her eyes gleaming as though that bit of joy might spill straight out of them.

Yet she forcibly held it in, pursing her lips and putting on a stern expression. One hand rested on her waist while the other pointed at Qin Wangchuan, who had yet to react.

"What do you mean, alright? You don't get to decide!"

Before her words had even faded, the girl pounced forward, cupped his face in both hands, and fiercely kissed him.

Then, like a cat that had stolen a taste of cream, she turned and ran away with a grin.

"Yay! I'm going to pack my things right now. From now on, I'll live in the Divine Son Hall!"

"Whoever dares say one extra word, I'll beat him to death!"

After running a long way, Qin Zhaoer suddenly remembered something. Her steps halted, and she turned to point at Qin Wangchuan threateningly.

"Oh, right. Don't think this matter is over just like that!"
