• Every universe has its own God of Destruction, a supreme deity charged with destroying elements that disrupt the natural balance of the universe. Their targets may include planets, unwanted life, and negative energy 106 118 152.
• Their destructive authority is heavily regulated: Gods of Destruction cannot travel between universes without permission or engage in major conflicts freely, because even a battle between weaker Destroyers can cause irreversible damage or destroy universes 158.
• Gods of Destruction generally view mortals as insignificant and may destroy them on impulse; friendship or past goodwill offers little protection once a Destroyer is enraged 102 156 237.
• Despite their authority, they remain subordinate to Grand Zeno and the Grand Minister. Beerus becomes visibly fearful and deferential when Grand Zeno appears 213.

War Against Lin Chuan
