Uchiha Kei looked indifferently at the guy before him. He had to admit, that guy's abilities had genuinely startled him.

He had truly never seen anyone in the Ninja World whose reaction speed had reached such a level!

He had been using the power of time.

Empowered by time, Obito had been unable to react, Imai Kenta had been unable to react, and even Namikaze Minato had suffered a crushing defeat at his hands.

Yet this guy before him had reacted in time and even countered the power of time, evading Uchiha Kei's attack.
