The key considerations were not only strength, but personality as well.

For instance, although Naruto was quite strong, he was careless and often absentminded, which was a major taboo for a ninja.

Sasuke, meanwhile, was calm and composed, perfectly complementing Naruto.

In addition, Sakura and Hinata had been added in consideration of coordination.

Therefore, there was nothing to question about the formation of this team.

After hearing all that, every student was utterly baffled. Even Naruto's face darkened.

Since when had he been careless and absentminded?

And since when was Sasuke calm and composed?

Naruto remembered that when Sasuke had faced Shisui's defection, he had nearly rushed in to fight for his life!

If Naruto had not stopped him, they would probably all be dead by now.

Clearly, Naruto was the calm one, so how had that become Sasuke?

And what was that supposed to mean about improving coordination?

Not only did no one else understand that statement, Naruto himself could not make sense of it either.

Still, he thought this team was pretty good. Hinata could gather intelligence, while he and Sasuke could handle surprise attacks and protection. It could basically be considered a very complete team with relatively comprehensive capabilities.
