Obito was actually a fairly straightforward person. Especially after Uchiha Kei had given him what seemed like a decent way out, he was willing to give it a try.

Uchiha Kei had told him about fusing Tailed Beast Chakra long ago, and he had begun experimenting with it early on as well.

He had Three-Tails Chakra, and he was not lacking in Nine-Tails Chakra either. Whenever Uchiha Kei obtained new Chakra, he would provide it to him too.

It could be said that his progress had never been slow—calling it exceptionally fast would not be an exaggeration at all!

All he needed to do was wholeheartedly focus on fusing that Chakra. He did not need to worry about anything else.

Beyond the matter of his focus, his body was also key to his rapid fusion of Tailed Beast Chakra.

He was an Uchiha to begin with, and he had also used White Zetsu cells—even if not willingly. In a sense, he had gained an exceedingly crude form of the power of "all things in creation."

Moreover, his will was utterly resolute, so unyielding that even the Ten-Tails could not splinter it and take control of his body.

His current state was similar to that of the Original work, and he had even mastered Yin-Yang Release better. He had been able to control even the Ten-Tails in the Original work, so controlling this Tailed Beast Chakra was hardly any trouble!
