Background

Mikoto lost both of her parents when she was young. Her Uchiha heritage spared her from growing up in an orphanage, but she returned to an empty, dust-covered home after her hospitalization. 10

Before the story, she led a three-person genin team. During an ambush by the Rennin Organization, she was injured while protecting her students; only Sasaki Ayami, the sole girl on the original team, survived. After recovering, Mikoto petitioned the Third Hokage to rebuild Team 4. Minato, Mukai Yuki, and Ayami became her new students. 2 10 13

Appearance

Mikoto normally has black eyes, which turn scarlet when she activates her Sharingan. She dresses conservatively even in lighter summer clothing. 10 29
