But in terms of planar studies, the Material Worlds are not limited to his current world. Instead, they encompass all worlds that have natural laws similar to the real world. These worlds vary in size, such as the famous "Dark Sun" Athas. These worlds are separated from each other but can be accessed through certain methods (e.g., Portals or spelljammers).

During the Netheril Era, when they colonized planes, they reached these Parallel Material Worlds the most. Of course, more Archmages were keen on exploring more dangerous planes, such as the Outer Planes.

The Outer Planes, in a way, are planes born from the philosophies and beliefs of the Material Plane. They are the abodes of gods and the resting places for beings like angels, demons, and devils.

To give a simple analogy, if the Blue Star Li Wei lived in before had supernatural powers and energy similar to mana tides, it would also give birth to countless Outer Planes:

For example, the vast and boundless Primordial Continent, the Eighteen Hells, the Marvel World, the DC Universe, and even existences like Sigil that connect all worlds—the Infinite Lord God World!

In the Outer Planes, faith is everything, and reality is shaped by faith. As long as the will is strong enough (for example, if enough people believe in the same faith, or if a creature with a sufficiently strong will desires it), it will become reality!

Each Outer Plane has its own alignment, reflecting a specific moral and ethical tendency. Planes of good are called Upper Planes, and planes of evil are called Lower Planes. The alignments of the native inhabitants of these planes also tend to align with them. For example, angels reside in Upper Planes, while demons and devils reside in Lower Planes. Lawful evil beings are called devils and reside in the lawful evil plane of Baator, while chaotic evil beings are called demons and reside in the chaotic evil plane of the Abyss.

Among them are seventeen more famous major Outer Planes: Heroic Domain of Elysium, Clockwork Nirvana of Mechanus, Peaceful Realm of Arcadia, Seven Heavens of Mount Celestia, Twin Eden of the Twin Paradises, Blessed Region of the Beastlands, Endless Wilderness of the Hunter's Moon, Olympian Woodlands of the Forest of Chult, Harmonious Domain of the Outlands, Eternal Chaos of Limbo, Windy Abyss of the Elemental Planes of Air, Infinite Layer of the Abyss, Grey Wastes of Hades, Eternal Desolation of Gehenna, and Nine Hells of Baator.

The good-aligned ones are also called the Heavens, and the evil-aligned ones are called Gehenna, connected by the River Styx and the River Styx, respectively.

The Outer Planes are also the final resting place for the souls of the Material Plane, though this rest may be peaceful contemplation or eternal damnation.

The Inner Planes are the locations of various elements that make up the Material Plane. The six most important Inner Planes are: Fire, Air, Water, Earth, Positive Energy, and Negative Energy.

These six planes are embodiments of the fundamental components that make up the world. Each is dominated by a single element or energy (for example, the Elemental Plane of Fire is filled with endless, inextinguishable fire throughout its space). The native inhabitants of the Inner Planes are also composed of corresponding elements or energies. Mages can summon Elemental Creatures from the Inner Planes to fight for them through summoning spells. The Inner Planes are connected to the Material Plane through the Ethereal Plane and are the physical foundation of the Material Plane. Everything in the Material Plane is born from the combination of elements from the Inner Planes.

Finally, the Demiplane is a broad classification that includes all extradimensional spaces that are similar to ordinary planes but have measurable size and limited pathways. Other planes are theoretically infinite in size, while a demiplane might only be a few hundred feet across.

It is worth mentioning that many legendary and above-level spellcasters also create private demiplanes to serve as residences, storage rooms, and ultimate hiding places.

Theoretically, Li Wei, who has mastered this spell, can summon any creature from a plane as long as he possesses the coordinates of that plane to fight for him!
