"Conversion Core."
After putting away the Star Core, Lin An looked at the top in his hand with some curiosity.
The entire top had a brass-like texture, and within its constantly spinning orbit was a device resembling an hourglass. Unable to understand its construction, Lin An could not discern anything unusual, so he simply checked the System's description.
"Conversion Core (Pseudo-Mythic Grade, Damaged)"
"Item Effect: Can be installed into flesh or mechanical structures to convert energy."
"Item Special Effect 1: Long-Distance Energy Transmission (Damaged, missing Space Rule)"
"Item Special Effect 2: Energy Compression. Can convert any energy into the required power source and compress it, increasing its quality."
The description was brief.
After scanning it once, Lin An finished reading the entire item description.
However, despite his curiosity about the Conversion Core, Lin An had not expected its function to be so extremely limited.
"Damaged due to missing Space Rule?"
"Judging by the looks of it, was it because the Xenomorph Emperor died?"
Looking at the words "damaged function," Lin An immediately thought of the scene where the Xenomorph Emperor absorbed energy regardless of distance. Of course, perhaps it had not ignored distance; its range might simply have been enormous.
That was interesting. From this, he also thought of the Xenomorph Emperor's ingenious application of the Space Rule.
Had that fellow opened a Space Channel within its own body? Or perhaps a miniature space?
One end connected to the conversion pool, and the other to its body.
Without delving into how the Xenomorph Emperor had accomplished this, Lin An was more concerned with the conversion effect and the compression effect.
If nothing unexpected happened, Fifth Order power should be fundamentally different from Fourth Order power.
The energy the Xenomorph Emperor had accumulated over many years was meant to be compressed
