Arriving at King Kai's Planet

"Easy, easy. Hello, Kami, Mr. Popo."

Jiang Ling remained calm and composed.

He had made up his entire introduction, so naturally he'd made himself sound as righteous as possible.

"I know about you," Kami said after a moment's thought.

"Ever since you came to Earth, I've been watching you for a long time. I think you're a good person."

"Thanks for the compliment."

"However, your strength has already surpassed ours. There's nothing more we can teach you here..." Kami looked troubled.

"Haha, I don't mind. I just want a place to train."

Jiang Ling got straight to the point.

"A place to train?" Kami's eyes lit up. He thought for a moment, then said, "I have two options for you. Which would you prefer?"

"First, I can take you into the Hyperbolic Time Chamber. Time flows differently there: one year inside passes for every day outside. A person can enter for two days in their lifetime.

"Second, I can introduce you to Kai. He's a deity one rank above me."

As Kami spoke, a projection appeared in front of Jiang Ling.

It was blue and white, and the interface had a distinctly futuristic feel.

That was the result of the system's upgrade.

It had only improved the visuals; everything else was just as before.

[1] Choose to train under Kai. Reward: Tenfold Kaioken, a version that can be stacked with Super Saiyan.

There was no need to explain the first one. Anyone familiar with the original manga knew that Super Saiyan and Kaioken couldn't be stacked because the body couldn't withstand it. Now the system had given him this incredible version as a perk. It was an absolutely amazing benefit.

King Yama sat behind his desk in a sharp suit, handling paperwork.

"You want to go to Kai's place?"

"Yes." Jiang Ling nodded.

"Then good luck."

King Yama left him with those words, then sent him on his way to Snake Way.

If he made it to the end of this road, he would reach King Kai's Planet.

Kai was on King Kai's Planet.

For Jiang Ling, with his current strength, this was child's play.

The Goku in the original story took half a year because he was weak!

Jiang Ling used Bukūjutsu and vanished in an instant.

As he flew, he wondered why King Yama had told him, "Good luck."

Suddenly, he spotted a pavilion below.

Curiosity made him stop and go inside for a look.

That was all it took to draw Jiang Ling in.

A great many scantily clad beauties were standing before him, striking alluring poses.

Could a young man like Jiang Ling resist?

They were several enormous snake demons!!

The moment he set foot on King Kai's Planet, the system spoke.

He tested the tenfold gravity on King Kai's Planet, rolling his shoulders like it was nothing.

"Hello. You're the one introduced by Earth's Kami?"

"Yes."

"I've already heard about you. If you want to train here, you have to tell me a joke that makes me laugh," North Kai said seriously.

"Lord North Kai, I think the next person who'll come here to train is named Biden."
