As the airship approached Konoha City, Shiraishi Yoshijo looked through the glass and saw a long line of ox carts outside the city. It was the procession of Daimyos from the smaller countries.

"Jeez, they can't even afford an airship. Do these paupers really deserve to be Daimyos? I'm ashamed to be associated with them."
