Shiraishi Yoshijo founded Peach Country and declared himself its eternal emperor. Its founding ceremony lasted three days and included speeches by senior officials. 476

The country’s population base was built during the Second Shinobi World War. Yoshijo used the Hana Organization to intensify conflict, then relocated displaced civilians to Peach Country through space-time ninjutsu. 750
