"It's him!" Jim led the three others to the monitoring room at South Gate and found the Crow who had dumped water on David in the surveillance footage.

"Find out who he is for me," Jim said to the soldier beside him.

The Crows who came and went from here every day had to register. This made them easier to manage, and it also meant that if someone died without a body being recovered, they could still identify who it was.

It sounded a little heartless, but it was the truth. Crows seemed to face less danger than hunters because they weren't as strong.

A large proportion of hunters were Armored Warriors. When facing the Zerg, they could help reduce casualties among ordinary hunters.

"I understand." David nodded. The three of them had no authority to enforce the law. Even if they found Lovell, there wasn't much they could do to him. For one thing, they had no evidence. For another, they couldn't use any means to force him to talk.
