Given the defenses of those warships, they should not have been so easily wiped out by David in a single strike.

During their construction, warships were equipped with defenses against special area-of-effect attacks such as mental assaults and deadly toxins. These defenses had been refined through countless wars with God's Great World.

Without such defensive capabilities, a level-five priest from God's Great World could use a single mass hypnosis to render the warships combat-ineffective, or even turn them against other warships as puppets of the level-five priest.

First of all, the two hundred warships had expended enormous amounts of energy on high-intensity main cannon fire, leaving their defensive shields exceptionally weak.

More importantly, the 'Plague' Talent Ability David used was a mental Talent Ability beyond level five, a power originating from a god. Although David's own strength prevented him from achieving its greatest effect, Plague's ability to spread still remained at a godly level.

Of course, the most important factor was that these two hundred warships had not been fighting a war against God's Great World. They had no idea what kind of existence they were facing, and that was the ultimate reason for their deaths.
