Just after noon on Duner Star, every windowsill along the main city's streets—and even some accessible rooftops—was packed with people.

Aside from local residents, they were nobles who had rushed in from various planets. There might have been some commoners among them, but their numbers were far lower than those of the nobles.

After all, passage through planetary Portals was free for nobles. Other than wealthy merchants, ordinary commoners could not afford the transmission fees for planetary Portals.

Many planetary Portals were not even open to ordinary commoners, allowing access only to nobles or those affiliated with noble families.

God's Great World existed to serve the nobles. Commoners had no rights whatsoever in this world.

A long horn sounded. Forty Sky Knights riding various flying mounts flew out from the lord's castle. They wore grade four knight armor, and instead of weapons, they held banners bearing the Shadow Leopard Emblem.

Every time the forty grade four Sky Knights flew a certain distance through the sky, two Sky Knights stopped and took positions to either side.

Before long, an aerial passage guarded by forty grade four Sky Knights had formed in the skies between the lord's castle and the planetary Portal.

It was clear that none of today's guests would travel by ground. This was also a hallmark of a Temple Knight reception.

The planetary Portal received an increased energy supply, activating the special amplification formation within it and making it several times larger than usual.

Butler Dickens stood before the planetary Portal. An alchemy loudspeaker stood in front of him, connected to dozens of loudspeakers throughout the main city, allowing his announcements to reach every corner of it.

This was, of course, David's doing. Seeing so many visitors flooding into Duner Main City, he naturally had to make some gesture
