So Smart!
Lynch's diary entry was indeed full of valuable information, but it also gave Klein some worries.
Speed up the pace of acting...
He's already done it fast enough, isn't that enough?
And did Mr. Catlin remind Lynch of what happened after Tingen?
Considering Lynch's speed, Klein suspected that Catlin had already told Lynch, which was why the guy could act so fast.
He had previously thought that Lynch was speeding up his acting to leave Tingen, but now that he thought about it, Lynch was probably trying to protect Tingen.
It seems he needs to speed up his acting.
Klein thought to himself that if he couldn't do it, he would go to the circus to perform after drinking the Potion; that would obviously be faster.
It might be a little unseemly, but what does unseemly matter compared to danger?
You can communicate among yourselves now.
He said, feigning nonchalance.
Miss Justice immediately raised her hand.
"Mr. Fool, the method you described for selecting civil servants through open examinations is about to be approved and is expected to be formally implemented early next year."
Her tone was cheerful, and she sounded very happy.
Lynch, who was sitting not far away, immediately sat up straight.
"Really? I mean, a friend of mine needs this opportunity, and I'll get him ready right now!"
Miss Justice smiled and nodded. "It's true, Mr. Power. It was Mr. Fool who mentioned it!"
Lynch immediately looked at the Fool with gratitude.
"Thank you. A friend of mine needs this opportunity. He's very talented, but his background has held him back. If possible, I believe he deserves this job!"
Klein shook his head with amusement, saying in a nonchalant tone, "I only gave a barely perceptible hint."
Poor Mr. Power had no idea that Benson had already begun preparations.
Once Lynch gets off at Source Castle, he'll remind Benson, who will then tell him that he's reading and will be ready soon...
etc.
Klein sat up straight.
Even Miss Justice, far away in Backlund, only just received the news. How did Klein know?
They even reminded Benson very early on.
If Lynch had spoken with Benson today, he would likely have discovered the problem.
Lynch isn't stupid.
So what that senior was referring to when he said he almost exposed himself in front of Lynch must be this incident.
If he hadn't overthought things and ignored Lynch's warning to Benson, Lynch would definitely have discovered something.
That was really close; thankfully he thought of that.
Klein decided to wait until Benson got off work in the afternoon and then wait outside his company to make him forget what he had reminded him of beforehand.
What he needed to think about now was how to get Benson to keep this from Lynch. Benson would likely think they had argued and would look at him in astonishment, saying in a surprised tone:
"Klein, you're an adult now. You can't isolate others like a child, especially Lynch, who has helped you so much!"
Klein sighed with amusement, finding Lynch incredibly endearing. Ever since Lynch came to their house, his own brother and sister had been completely sidelined by Benson and Melissa.
However, Lynch was indeed more family-oriented than him. Even when he went out, he didn't forget to bring Melissa some cake, thinking more than his own brother.
The only downside was that Lynch was oblivious; he always thought Melissa felt the same way about him as she did about her brother.
Never mind, it's nothing, Melissa still young!
If Lynch really wanted to harm Melissa when Melissa was so young, he would definitely fight Lynch to the death.
Klein was quite satisfied with this.
He chuckled, hearing Lynch thanking Miss Justice again.
"You are truly an admirable lady. Without your reminder, my friend would have waited much longer to find out. Knowing the news first will definitely give them more time to study."
Miss Justice smiled broadly at his praise, feeling a sense of pride.
Her casual message had actually helped Mr. Power so much, so she decided to go and find out what those people were going to test.
I'm sure Mr. Power is truly amazing, and his friend must be an excellent gentleman as well.
By the way, this can't be treated like a bargaining chip, like with Mr. Hanged Man. Mr. Power doesn't have much money; he hasn't even withdrawn the money from last time!
Miss Justice was thinking from Mr. Power's perspective.
She then turned to the Mr. Hanged Man.
"I've got the answer to the information you asked me to find out last time. The King has been persuaded by the Prime Minister and will not retaliate against the Feysac Empire on the Balam East Coast anytime soon. So when will you deliver the reward you promised me?"
Mr. Hanged Man is different from Mr. Power. Mr. Power is a noble man, and it's not good to talk business with him, but it's still appropriate to talk business with Mr. Hanged Man.
Mr. Hanged Man had no idea what Miss Justice was thinking, otherwise he would have been furious.
What kind of compensation do you want?
He looked at Miss Justice and asked.
"Five hundred pounds, I don't want anything right now!"
Miss Justice thought for a moment and then said.
More money could be prepared for Mr. Power, who looks like he's desperately short of cash, unlike Mr. Fool and Mr. Hanged Man.
"By the way, I also came across a gathering of Beyonder offline. The organizer of this gathering is known as Mr. A, Mr. Fool, Mr. Power, Mr. Hanged Man, and Mr. Sun. Does anyone know his true identity?"
Lynch smiled and explained, "If I remember correctly, he's a member of the Aurora Order. Don't mess with him; the Aurora Order all Lunatic."
He didn't explain further, assuming that it was all paid content.
Of course, if Audrey asked him more questions, he would definitely tell her, since Miss Justice would never let him do anything that would put him at a disadvantage; this was what he had observed.
However, Miss Justice didn't ask any further questions. She looked at him with a sudden realization and asked gently, "Mr. Power, thank you for your explanation. How much should I pay you?"
"No need, it's just a friend helping out."
Lynch is willing to be friends with Miss Justice.
Miss Justice showed a touched expression.
Mr. Power is so kind; he never wanted money, even though he was really short of it.
No, she'll go back and deposit another hundred pounds into the account Mr. Power gave her.
Anyway, since Mr. Power isn't going to collect it yet, he probably doesn't know she's still sending him money.
When Mr. Power finally understands, he'll exclaim in surprise, "How could this be? How did I get so much money?"
Miss Justice almost burst out laughing when she thought about this.
When she decided to donate the money this time, she signed it as: Kind Person.
That way, Mr. Power. Mr. Power wouldn't suspect it was her; he would definitely think she was a kind-hearted stranger.
"Audrey, you are so smart!"
Miss Justice secretly praised herself.
