• Chen Xing defeated Ice Empress in their sparring match but lost control under the Rakshasa Divine Power, so Snow Empress rescued him and helped him recover.
• Snow Empress revealed her plan to undergo Shape Transformation and gave Chen Xing the Emerald Divine Deer Skull, which he fused after suppressing the Rakshasa Divine Power.
• Qian Daoliu confronted Qian Renxue about Chen Xing, while Ye Lingling treated her and vowed revenge for her mother's death.

Chen Xing rescued Qian Renxue, but Ye Lingling rose to power and killed Qian Daoliu before confronting Chen Xing in the Star Dou Forest. Tang San killed Xiao Wu and escaped Chen Xing, who then set out for Sea God Island and encountered the Deep Sea Demonic Whale King.

• Chen Xing promised A-Zi he would be with her in six years, then rescued Qian Renxue from Spirit Hall and fought alongside Bibi Dong and the Ice Empress.
• Chen Xing reunited with Qian Renxue and learned that Ye Lingling had spent half a year stealing her Angel Bloodline while caring for her.
• Ye Lingling revealed her Six-Winged Fallen Angel Martial Soul and Nine-Heart Blood Begonia, killed Qian Daoliu, and later became Spirit Hall’s Pope.

Chen Xing and his companions completed the Sea God trials while facing the Deep Sea Demonic Whale King and gaining new inheritances. Bo Saixi sacrificed herself so Bibi Dong could begin the Sea God’s final trial, leaving Chen Xing to prepare for his own path to godhood.

• Chen Xing wounded the Deep Sea Demonic Whale King with Moon Slasher and spared him, then met Bo Saixi, who recognized Bibi Dong through the Vast Sea Cosmic Shroud.
• Bo Saixi led Chen Xing’s group to Sea God Island’s trials, where A-Zi received Red Grade Seven Trials, Bibi Dong received the Sea God Nine Trials, and the others gained their own trials.
• Chen Xing and the Ice Empress discovered they could both receive trial rewards, and Chen Xing later formed two Soul Cores while teaching the women to do the same.

He then revived old companions, helped Qian Renxue begin her God Trial, and traveled to the Seven Treasure Glazed Tile Sect and the Star Luo Empire as he prepared for a wedding and confronted the conflicts ahead.

• Ye Lingling completed the Rakshasa God’s Ninth Trial, confronted Chen Xing, and fought him while he tried to delay her until Bibi Dong finished her trial.
• Bibi Dong completed the Sea God’s Ninth Trial and saved Chen Xing, who later absorbed a million-year Soul Ring and ascended as the Sword God.
