The Seventh Simulation 3
The flames on Ma Hongjun's body were almost extinguished by suppression. His face was flushed, his veins were bulging, and he was barely supporting himself by placing his hands on his knees to keep from falling.
Oscar's silver staff trembled violently, his body swayed precariously, and sweat poured from his forehead like a waterfall.
Ning Rongrong's face was ashen, and the light of the Nine Treasures Glazed Pagoda flickered, as if it might go out at any moment.
Her body was trembling, her lips were quivering, but she clenched her teeth tightly and didn't make a sound.
In the Simulation, Tang San was also suppressed and unable to move.
His body was stiff, his fingers gripping the Clear Sky Hammer tightly, yet he didn't even have the strength to lift it.
That oppressive force was too strong.
They were so powerful that they couldn't even muster the thought of resisting.
Tang San's heart pounded wildly as he watched.
[What is this...? This is...]
"Ha ha ha ha!"
The laughter that echoed like thunder throughout the battlefield as the Beng Gong.
He looked down at the motionless insects below, his eyes filled with mockery and greed.
"Congratulations, little insects--"
He paused, then his voice became even more arrogant:
"About to merge with the original body!"
Merging into one?!
The moment those four words were uttered, the participants in the Simulation still hadn't grasped what he meant.
Beng Gong lowered his head and approached the group from above.
Its enormous head blotted out the sky, and its deep-set, dark eyes seemed capable of devouring everything.
He took a deep sniff, closed his eyes, a look of ecstasy on his face, and his voice was full of satisfaction:
"Hmm... not bad, 99% rare."
He opened his eyes, his mouth splitting into a grin, revealing a mouthful of sharp fangs:
"A top-quality tonic!"
Now everyone understood.
They became one.
They were regarded as food.
In the Simulation, Tang San's pupils suddenly contracted, his fingers gripping the Clear Sky Hammer tightly, trying his best to break free from the oppressive aura.
But his body seemed to be nailed to the spot, unable to move even a finger.
A flicker of despair flashed in Xiao Wu's eyes. She looked at Tang San's retreating figure, her lips slightly parted as if she wanted to say something, but she found that she couldn't even utter a sound.
Ma Hongjun gritted his teeth, the flames around his body flickering under the oppressive force, his eyes filled with resentment.
Oscar's face was ashen; he looked in Ning Rongrong's direction, his eyes filled with worry.
Ning Rongrong's Nine Treasures Glazed Pagoda had lost its luster, and her body was trembling, yet she still clung tightly to the pagoda, refusing to put it down.
The Beng Gong raised its hand.
The enormous hand blotted out the sky, its five fingers spread wide, and a black vortex gathered in its palm.
The vortex spun faster and faster, emitting a deep hum, as if it wanted to suck the entire world into it.
"It is your honor to be a part of this throne."
His voice, like a judgment, echoed across the entire battlefield.
At this critical moment—
A beam of light suddenly appeared on the horizon.
The light wasn't dazzling, but it carried a sharpness that couldn't be ignored.
It streaked across the sky like a bolt of lightning tearing through the darkness, shooting straight toward the Beng Gong!
The speed was unbelievable, so fast that even the Beng Gong had no time to react.
"What?!"
The laughter from the Beng Gong abruptly stopped. His pupils contracted sharply, and his body instinctively dodged to the side.
But the light and shadow seemed to have locked onto him, relentlessly pursuing him no matter how he dodged, growing faster and faster, and closing in on him.
Damn it!
With a Beng Gong, Benggong conjured a black energy shield in front of him, attempting to block the attack.
But the light and shadow pierced through the shield as easily as paper.
"Puff--!!!"
"Ahhhhhh!!!!"
Accompanied by the shrill screams of the Beng Gong, the beam of light pierced straight into his back!
The immense impact propelled his towering body, several tens of meters tall, forward hundreds of meters like a kite with a broken string, carving a deep trench in the ground and sending dust billowing everywhere!
"Boom--!!!"
The smoke gradually dissipated.
The light and shadow finally revealed its true form.
It was a halberd.
Its entire body is dark purple, with an ancient and ferocious design. The halberd Entanglement in Destruction patterns that seem to devour light. The space around the blade is slightly distorted, exuding a terrifying aura that makes one's soul tremble.
It remained quietly inserted in the vest of the Beng Gong, without moving an inch.
"Master!!!"
The Simulation voice of Tang San suddenly rang out.
His body was finally able to move. The oppressive force that had been suppressing him receded like a tide the moment that light and shadow appeared.
He looked up, his eyes filled with surprise, his voice trembling.
"Teacher Fu!"
Ma Hongjun, Oscar, and others also exclaimed in surprise.
"Dean!!!"
The voices of the others carried a sense of relief at surviving the ordeal.
"Your His Excellency Tianqing!!!"
Those bystanders who didn't recognize Tang San also exclaimed in surprise.
All eyes were turned to the sky.
There, a figure was walking through the air.
He wore black robes, had silver hair, and a calm expression.
Fu Shiyan.
His steps were neither hurried nor slow; each step seemed to tread on thin air, yet it felt as if he were standing on solid ground.
His clothes fluttered gently in the wind, and his long silver hair gleamed faintly in the dim light.
His gaze was calm, devoid of any emotion. It was as if that earth-shattering blow just now was merely a casual gesture.
Beng Gong lay on the ground, struggling to stand up.
The dark purple halberd was stuck in his back, and black blood kept gushing out, dripping onto the ground with a hissing, corrosive sound.
He turned his head with difficulty to look at the figure that was walking through the air.
Those dark eyes were filled with disbelief and horror.
"You... you are..."
Fu Shiyan didn't look at him.
His gaze fell on the halberd stuck in the back of the Beng Gong.
He raised his hand, his fingers loosely clenched.
The halberd shuddered violently, flying out of Beng Gong's body and arcing through the air before landing steadily in his hand.
He gripped his halberd tightly, slowly lowered his head, and looked at the Beng Gong lying amidst the ruins.
There was no emotion in those silver-gray eyes.
"A demon from the Abyss."
His voice was very soft, so soft it was as if he were talking to himself.
"You dare to touch my student?"
As soon as he finished speaking, he raised his halberd, the tip pointing towards the Beng Gong.
A dark purple light gathered at the tip of the halberd, like the gaze of death.
The Beng Gong's pupils suddenly contracted.
His body trembled as he tried to escape, but he found himself locked in place by that aura and unable to move.
Just like he did to those little bugs.
This time, however, it was he who was targeted.
"Impossible!! Impossible!!!"
"Haven't you been a god for many years? How can a god interfere in the mortal realm?!"
"How could those idiots allow you to descend to the mortal realm?!"
