There were fifty-four sheets in total, which Tang Yu had asked Tang San to forge. Tang San had simply assumed Tang Yu needed them for hidden weapons, so he had helped forge them without a second thought.

Tang Yu had also asked Tang San to engrave the characters A, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, J, Q, and K on them, along with four different patterns. Two of the cards were engraved with the words Big Joker and Small Joker. Tang San didn't know what they meant, but he had followed Tang Yu's instructions anyway.
