The arc left Shui Bing'er traveling with the Pig Herder and the Snow Empress awaiting the Immortal Master’s selection at Du Xian Sect.

• The Sky Screen connected Douluo World to the Primordial World and selected Li Dali, Chao Tianxiang, and Yue Guan, who died soon after arriving, while Shui Bing'er survived and rose to Foundation Establishment after entering the Flat Peach Garden.
• Feng Qing'er brought Shui Bing'er into the Imperial Garden, where Lan Fuzi assigned her garden duties and Jinling Shengmu offered to make her a disciple if she became a butcher for a hundred years.
• Shui Bing'er began slaughtering beasts in Ten Thousand Beast Heaven as a trial, while the Sky Screen selected Tang Chen, the Snow Empress, and Xiao Wu as replacement participants.
• Tang Chen ate Sea Grapes and reached God Official, but Red Bellyband defeated him and sent Feifei after him when he tried to flee.
• Xiao Wu reached eighty thousand years of cultivation after eating Kongming Grass, but Tang Chen mistook her for food and crushed her to death, leaving Tang San and the others devastated.

Shui Bing'er traveled into the Prehistoric World as the Sky Screen selected candidates, while Gui Mei and Yue Guan became Netherworld Court messengers. Poseidon died after Shen Gongbao manipulated him, and the revelations about the Sea God and Tang San shook the Douluo world, leaving Tang San estranged from many who had trusted him.

• The Pig Herder brought Shui Bing'er to Du Xian Sect, where she chose three female disciples to join them, accepted Snow Empress as a companion, and gave her control of the Cloud Boat.
• The Sky Screen selected Gui Mei, Yan, Bone Douluo Gu Rong, Poseidon, Zhang Ergou, and Yu Xiaogang, while Bibi Dong ordered Gui Mei to protect Yu Xiaogang and eliminate Shui Bing'er and her companions if possible.
• Horse-Face brought Gui Mei to King Yama, and Zhu Jiuyin sentenced him and Yue Guan to hell before appointing them Black and White Impermanence in the Netherworld Court.
• Shen Gongbao lured Poseidon to the Dragon Palace, where a shrimp soldier defeated him, and later tricked him into the shrimp soldier’s lair, where the soldier killed him.
• King Yama exposed Poseidon’s schemes to manipulate the Deep Sea Demonic Whale King and divide the Douluo Empire, and the Sky Screen revealed that Poseidon had killed the Angel God.
• King Yama revealed that Poseidon had arranged for a soul from another world to possess Tang Hao’s son, Tang San, prompting Tang Hao, Ah Yin, and others to confront the truth.
• Tang San’s friends and rivals learned of his origins and his actions toward Xiao Wu, and Dai Mubai and Ma Hongjun still called him a brother while privately feeling disdain for him.

Ning Rongrong and Yu Xiaogang encountered the dangers and opportunities of the Prehistoric World, while Shui Bing’er gathered treasures in the Heavenly Court. The Five Great God Kings confronted Shui Bing’er on her return to Douluo Continent, and she took to the air to fight Asura God.

• King Yama sentenced Poseidon to mortal reincarnation, and Chrysanthemum Douluo and Ghost Douluo forced him across Naihe Bridge and made him drink Meng Po’s soup.
• Tang San was selected to enter the Prehistoric World, where an Old Monk stopped him and declared that he was fated to the Western Sect.
• Ning Rongrong gained power from Xiaotian Dog’s venison bun, begged to become his disciple, and later joined him and Yang Chan at their mountain cottage.
• Yang Jian completed his tribulation and reached Golden Immortal, then traveled with Yang Chan and Ning Rongrong toward the Heavenly Court.
• Yu Xiaogang and Bone Douluo entered the Dragon Transformation Grand Assembly, but Bone Douluo was killed and Yu Xiaogang crossed the Dragon Gate before learning that Ao Chen collected the transformed beasts as food.
• Yang Jian and Yang Chan met Lin Feng in the Heavenly Court, while Xiaotian Dog showed Ning Rongrong and Shui Bing’er the court’s mounts and discarded magical artifacts.
• Ning Rongrong suddenly appeared before Dai Mubai and the others, killed the Evil Orca King, and learned about the deaths of Xiao Wu and the Sea God and the truth about Tang San.
• Shui Bing’er returned to Douluo Continent as the Five Great God Kings demanded that she surrender her demonic artifact and serve the God Realm, then she shielded Shui Yue’er and flew up to fight Asura God.

Shui Bing'er defeated the God Realm’s attack on the Soul Beasts, then left Douluo World and became Jinling Shengmu’s disciple, where Lin Feng gave her a new cultivation method and protective treasure. Meanwhile, Daoist Zhun Ti took Tang San to the Netherworld Court to seek Xiao Wu’s soul, while Ning Rongrong got into trouble at Wild Dog Ridge.

• Shui Bing'er fought off the Five Great God Kings, and a Cloud Boat rescued her allies before she destroyed Asura God and warned the God Realm to stay away from Douluo World.
• Shui Bing'er received Bibi Dong and Qian Daoliu aboard the Cloud Boat, while Ning Rongrong’s attempt to enlist Shui Bing’er against Spirit Hall ended in refusal and Oscar broke up with her.
• Shui Bing'er visited the Extreme North, gave Ice Empress resources, and departed for the Prehistoric World as Ning Rongrong followed her there.

• Lin Feng welcomed Shui Bing'er as his grand-disciple, and tea made from Yang Jian’s camellia leaves raised her cultivation and gave her profound insights.
