After meeting the Light Dragon King and learning of the gods’ interest in Dragon Valley World, Rus Wang prepared the Soul Beasts to relocate while the Star Luo Empire reconsidered its expansion.

• Rus Wang organized the Elf Kingdom and its trade and laws, then helped restore order after a Soul Master uprising before setting out to find Soul Beasts on other continents.

• Zi JI traveled to the New Continent as an envoy, met Rus Wang, and learned Dragon Clan Secret Techniques from the Light Dragon King.

Rus Wang secured the Dragon Race’s future, brought Dragon-born Elves to the Far North, and watched the Sun Moon Empire overrun much of the Star Luo Empire. He then sailed back toward Zheer Continent with a captured fleet, defeating the Demon Empress and leaving her under guard with Lan Fozi.

• The Light Dragon King sacrificed himself after battling Tang San, leaving Rus Wang with the Dragon God Core and a vision of the Divine Realm’s long incapacity.
• Rus Wang welcomed the Silver Dragon King to the Elf Kingdom, then learned that Bazel had secretly fathered a Dragon-born Elf and ordered Iyuda to investigate his other siblings.
• Toriya joined Venicia, Lina Taylor, and Luo Yinyao at Lostic University, where they planned research and sought Barus’s Energy Conversion Array scroll at Herundis Manor.

• Dai Ruoheng sought Rus Wang’s help to escape the failing Star Luo Empire, then joined the Elf Kingdom and rose to Third-Level Godhood through Barus’s artificial Soul Ring experiment.
• Rus Wang advanced the kingdom’s infrastructure and space program, captured lightning from his Heavenly Tribulation, and created a small plane where dragons and Soul Beasts could break through safely.
• After Huo Yuhao attacked Star Dou Forest and captured Soul Beasts, Rus Wang rescued Di Tian and Bi Ji, revealed the Dragon God Core, and declared himself the Second Generation Dragon God.
