Su Mo joined the Body Sect and revealed his extraordinary forging skill before helping the Ice Empress challenge Tang San’s influence among the Sea Soul Beasts. After they destroyed New Sea God Island and killed Chen Xinjie, Su Mo brought Dong Qianqiu to live with him in Eastsea City.

• Su Mo agreed to join the Body Sect without accepting restrictions, and Zhen Hua discovered that Su Mo was a Level 6 Blacksmith who could achieve Spirit Ascension with one strike.
• Su Mo and the Ice Empress captured Bai Xiuxiu, learned that she was Xiao Bai’s daughter, and traveled with her to the Demon Soul Great White Shark Clan.
• Su Mo negotiated with Xiao Bai for help reaching the Sea God’s descendants and learned that the divine artifact was with them on New Sea God Island.
• Su Mo and the Ice Empress posed as Tang San’s envoys to reach Chen Xinjie, but the Ice Empress attacked him and unleashed her Domain of Eternal Freeze on Sea God Island.
• Su Mo helped destroy the island and kill Chen Xinyi, then joined the Snow Empress and Ice Empress in defeating Chen Xinjie and taking the Sea God Helmet.
• Tang Hao and other powerful figures arrived at the ruins, but they found no clues to the attackers, while Long Yeyue mourned Chen Xinjie.
• Su Mo returned to Xiao Bai and her clan, and Xiao Bai transferred her Shark Pearl to Bai Xiuxiu so she could undergo her hundred-thousand-year tribulation and take human form.
• Bai Xiuxiu chose the name Dong Qianqiu and left with Su Mo and the Ice Empress for Eastsea City, where Su Mo decided she would stay until she understood human life better.

Su Mo moved Dong Qianqiu toward a new home, claimed the Ice and Fire Yin Yang Well, and strengthened his body and allies. Three years later, he traveled to Shrek City with Xu Xiaoyan and joined Gu Yue and their companions for the academy’s entrance examinations, where the trials were still underway.

• Su Mo taught Dong Qianqiu in his Illusion World, promised they could be together when she reached Spirit Emperor, and took her to an amusement park before leaving her with Di Qiu'er.
• Su Mo and Ice Empress transferred the Ice and Fire Yin Yang Well into the Undead Demi-plane, where Su Mo tempered his body, advanced his cultivation, and formed a Soul Spirit contract with Infernal Delicate Apricot.
• Su Mo told Ice Empress and Snow Empress that he wanted Soul Beasts to share a common language, then showed Mu Ye his progress in the Flawless Golden Body.
• Xu Xiaoyan and Mu Xi made their relationship with Su Mo official, accepted immortal herbs from him, and evolved their Martial Souls after refining them.
• Three years later, Su Mo and Xu Xiaoyan traveled to Shrek City, met Wu Sidu and Gu Yue, and toured the city before the admissions examinations.
• Su Mo and Gu Yue joined Tang Wulin, Xie Xie, and their companions in the entrance examinations, where Tang Wulin impressed the examiners and Su Mo defeated a simulated Diamond Gorilla in one strike.
• The candidates completed the second assessment and faced a moving-blade passage, where Gu Yue crossed in one second and Su Mo and Xu Xiaoyan each passed in thirty-six seconds.

Su Mo and his companions passed Shrek’s entrance trials, but Su Mo refused to become a regular student and joined the Work-Study Students instead. As old relationships resurfaced and Yun Ming considered candidates for the Shrek Seven Devils, the elders arranged to place Na’er in Su Mo’s group.

• Cai Yue'er tested the candidates’ abilities, and Su Mo, Gu Yue, Xu Xiaoyan, and the others earned high marks before completing the remaining entrance trials.
• During the final trial, Su Mo’s group found a wounded juvenile Three-Eyed Golden Lion and gave it to Tang Wulin’s group, demonstrating that they would not fight over its Soul Bone.
• Ya Li reunited with Su Mo and demanded that he become her godson, but he refused, when Shrek required one group to become Work-Study Students, Tang Wulin drew the regular-student slip and Su Mo’s group received work-study assignments.
• Su Mo reunited with Ye Xinglan and encountered Yuanen Yehui working at a drink shop, where he exposed her old online nickname and later apologized for their past misunderstanding.
• Su Mo and Yuanen Yehui discovered they were both Work-Study Students, while Su Mo settled into the shared dormitory with Gu Yue, Xu Xiaoyan, and Wu Sidu.
• Yun Ming and the Sea God Pavilion elders reviewed the new students and considered Su Mo and Tang Wulin’s groups for the Shrek Seven Devils reserves, while Zhuo Shi described how many girls liked Su Mo.
• Liang Xiaoyu proposed dividing the candidates into Tang Wulin’s group of one girl and six boys and Su Mo’s group of one boy and six girls, and Yun Ming approved the plan with Na’er assigned to Su Mo’s group.

Su Mo learned about Yuanen Yehui’s Demon Seed, while conflicts among the new students brought Wu Sidu’s duel with Yue Zhengyu and the class president competition. The simulation left Su Mo and Na’er facing Gu Yue as Xu Xiaoyan eliminated Tang Wulin.

• Ya Li told Su Mo that Yuanen Yehui’s Fallen Angel Martial Soul carried a Demon Seed that could open a Demon Gate, and Su Mo saw an opportunity in the threat.
• Su Mo visited Shrek’s Inner Court, fought Na’er, and revealed that Tang Wulin had confessed to Senior Ouyang after distancing himself from Gu Yue.
• Yue Zhengyu insulted Xu Xiaoyan, so Wu Sidu challenged him to a Soul Duel and defeated him with her Hell White Tiger.
• Su Mo carried the injured Wu Sidu back to the dormitory, while rumors about his relationships spread and Tang Wulin grew jealous.
• Shen Yi introduced the class officer competition and simulation exercise, where Gu Yue’s team ambushed Su Mo before Na’er carried him away.
• Su Mo, Na’er, and Tang Wulin formed an alliance in the simulation, then fought through rival teams as Na’er used Element Stripping against Luo Guixing and Gu Yue’s elemental attacks.
• Na’er eliminated Wu Sidu, and Su Mo reappeared after the flames had seemingly eliminated him, joining Na’er against Gu Yue and Xu Xiaoyan.
• Na’er and Su Mo pursued Gu Yue while Tang Wulin confronted Xu Xiaoyan, who trapped and eliminated him with Star Brilliance and Great Crimson Lotus Rasengan.
