Formation

The Noah Society was established at the end of the previous year, when North American conglomerates, major families, and emerging capital reorganized the Freemasons, Skull and Bones, and the Bohemian Club into a single alliance. Its founders sought to reverse North America’s strategic decline against the East through space expansion, advanced weapons, targeted viruses, and gene-edited humans 421.

Its strategic think tank concluded that a quick victory was unlikely, making long-term preparations essential. The Society therefore treated outer-space expansion, genetic engineering, and biological research as means to regain a future advantage, regardless of the human cost 421.

Contraction and North American Control

As its overseas position weakened, the Society withdrew from the Asia-Pacific, Oceania, Western Continent, and southern Africa, concentrating its forces in North America, Latin America, West Asia, and North Africa 485.
