The few of them stared at the platform before them, which glowed with a faint milky-white light. For a moment, they were so stunned they didn't know what to say.

"W-what is this?"

The thin-faced man spoke in shock, his voice unconsciously dropping.

The platform was about the size of a basketball court, with numerous designs carved around its edges.

The central area was covered in extremely intricate patterns. Looking closely at them gave one a strangely captivating feeling.

A vast, ancient aura filled the air.

Mountains surrounded the platform.

The place looked just like a sealed altar, with only a single entrance through the valley.

There wasn't even a single plant nearby, as though all vegetation had avoided growing around the platform.

"Stay here. I'll go take a look."

The man at the front slowly recovered from his shock and spoke cautiously.

As for the animal that had drawn them here, they had long since forgotten about it.

"Brother Meng, this thing looks kind of eerie."

Another man frowned, his expression grave.

"Stay alert," the leader said.

Seeing how serious he sounded, the others didn't argue. They simply nodded.
