Arc 5The Blue Star Plane

Huosi’s rise and the destruction of the Four Divine Beasts Clan reshaped the Divine Planes, while Teresia’s hunt for the Federation ended in his death. Huosi gathered the Federation in a new plane and brought the Four Overgods together to declare it the twelfth Divine Plane.

  • Teresia attacked the Federation battleship, but its Water Drops pierced him and forced him to retreat, while Baruch chose to work for the Federation.
  • Teresia later attacked the Yulan Plane, killing Hogg and Baruch, but a teleportation array saved Linna, Wharton, and the others before she escaped to safety.

Chapters 101–125 Vol. 2 Read

Ch. 101Teresia's Curiosity

Odin attacked Yulan City but retreated after the Water Drops wounded him, and the commander’s gamble saved the city. Three months later, Teresia arrived with Saint, learned Odin had fled to Hell, and stayed in the Yulan Plane to investigate its unfamiliar creations.

  • Odin attacked the battleship, but its energy shield and the Water Drops resisted his blows.
  • The Water Drops charged Odin and pierced his abdomen, prompting him to retreat through the teleportation array as their energy ran out.
  • The commander told the adjutant that he had gambled by bluffing about the Water Drops’ strength, while Baruch said he would work for the Federation and seek a place at Yulan headquarters.
  • Three months later, Saint and Teresia arrived in the Yulan Plane and questioned the Plane Guardian about Odin’s visit and escape to Hell.
  • Saint left for Hell, while Teresia stayed in the plane after noticing its Metal Lifeforms and unusual magic-array-like objects.

Ch. 102The Astonished Teresia

Teresia attacked the Federation’s forces and killed Hogg and Baruch, but a spatial teleportation array carried an escape pod and its passengers away. The remaining warship plunged into Spatial Turbulence, leaving Teresia to suspect another Sovereign had secretly created a teleportation array.

  • Teresia tore open the Federation warship, questioned its commander, and killed him when he refused to answer.
  • Hogg and Baruch tried to board an escape pod after sending Linna and Wharton ahead, but Teresia’s attack killed them and destroyed their Saint Domain True Bodies.
  • Linna watched Hogg die as the soldiers ordered the last escape pod to depart.
  • A spatial teleportation array made the escape pod and everyone inside vanish, shocking Teresia.
  • The remaining warship plunged into Spatial Turbulence to keep its crew from falling into Teresia’s hands.
  • Teresia concluded that a secret Sovereign might have created the teleportation array and began to worry about the consequences.

Ch. 103Linley, Born in Yulan

Teresia returned to the Material Plane of Dillon to protect himself and bargain for the secret technology, while Hogg died covering his family’s escape and Linna gave birth to Linley on the Yulan Plane. Eight years later, Linley failed to awaken as a Dragonblood Warrior but tested with superlative level-three earth and wind magic talent, qualifying for Huosi Academy’s Primary Division.

  • Teresia sent his Sovereign clone to the Material Plane of Dillon, hoping his retreat would force the unknown Sovereign to negotiate over the technology.
  • Hogg died protecting his family during the attack, and Linna went into labor after the survivors reached the Yulan Plane.
  • Linna gave birth to a boy, and Hiri named him Linley at Hogg’s request; Wharton welcomed him as his little brother.

  • Yale invited Linley and the others to a restaurant with a show, leaving George, Reynolds, and Linley confused by his comments.

Ch. 105Girl Delia

Yale took Linley, Reynolds, and George to Xinrongji, where Linley and George later helped Delia fend off a group of drunken students. After Delia and Linley spent the evening talking, George suggested she was interested in Linley, who remained bewildered.

  • Yale teased Linley and Reynolds about their innocence, then brought them to Xinrongji after they refused to visit the restaurant he had recommended.
  • Yale and Reynolds drank until they were drunk, so Linley arranged for them to be taken to rooms upstairs with help from George.
  • Linley and George saw several drunken students harassing Delia, and Linley restrained one while George scared the others off by claiming they were students of Instructor Doering.

  • Beibei decided to sneak out of the Dark Forest and followed the smell of Linley and Delia’s grilled meat.
  • Beibei stole Linley’s food, then accepted more meat and let Linley stroke him.
  • Linley considered taming Beibei but wanted an equal contract rather than using one of his soul’s limited contracts.
  • Linley and Delia visited Beibei every three days for a month, bringing him grilled meat.
  • Linley and Delia told Beibei they were leaving for field training, and Beibei bit Linley, triggering a magic formation that connected their souls.

Ch. 108Beirut's Shock

Linley formed an equal contract with Beibei, unaware that the Shadow Mouse was Beirut’s grandson and had a potentially fatal hidden ailment. Beirut found Beibei and discovered that the contract had cured him, then took Linley and the others to his laboratory to investigate.

  • Beibei chose Linley and formed an equal contract with him, then eagerly left with Linley for food.
  • Beirut and Nisi went to visit Beibei and discovered he had disappeared from the Forest of Darkness.
  • Beirut sensed Beibei with Linley, learned they had formed a contract, and confronted them.
  • Nisi noticed Beibei’s hidden ailment had vanished, and Beirut suspected the equal contract was responsible.
  • Beirut took Linley, Beibei, and Nisi to his laboratory, examined them, and confirmed that Linley’s contract had cured Beibei.

Ch. 109The Metamorphosis of Soul and Divinity

Beirut explained that Linley and Beibei had become a shared life entity, curing Beibei’s hidden ailment and forcing Beirut to protect Linley. Elsewhere, Huosi used a fruit inspired by the Netherworld Fruit to trigger a Planar Edict, transforming his divine spark and allowing him to cultivate the Laws normally.

  • Beirut told Linley, Beibei, and Nisi that Linley and Beibei lived and died together, which had cured Beibei’s hidden ailment.
  • Beirut accepted that he had to protect Linley, and Linley left with Beibei and Nisi.

  • Huosi swallowed the fruit, triggering a Planar Edict that transformed his divine spark into one compatible with his soul.
  • Huosi realized that the Laws that had hindered his cultivation had finally loosened, allowing him to continue cultivating normally.

Ch. 110Becoming the Chief Sovereign

Huosi explained how he made his divine spark compatible with his soul, then revealed that he had become an Earth Sovereign by refining Xuanwu’s Sovereign Spark. He admitted he possessed three Sovereign Sparks but could not let Bayer refine one yet, since he had taken them from the Chief Sovereign of Light.

Ch. 111Endless Sovereign's Might

Huosi reassured Bayer that he could wait for the Sovereigns’ power to change before refining the Sovereign Spark, then used Sovereign’s Might to resume developing the Gamma Ray Burst. Meanwhile, the Earth Sovereign discovered Bowen’s death and gathered the Sovereigns, who confirmed that all four Divine Beast Sovereigns had fallen.

  • Bayer realized that refining the Sovereign Spark would expose him to the Chief Sovereign of Light, and Huosi told him not to rush.
  • Huosi entered the chaotic spatial currents and poured Sovereign’s Might into his System Space to work on the Gamma Ray Burst.
  • The Earth Sovereign detected a new master on Xuanwu Continent and confirmed that Bowen’s soul tablet had shattered.

  • Augusta admitted to killing the Four Divine Beasts, and Oufu explained that he had none of their essence blood because an unknown person had taken their corpses and the Sovereign Sparks.
  • Oufu brought Utrede, the Death Sovereign, the Life Sovereign Vivia, and Augusta to the Icarus Plane to inspect the strange teleportation array.

  • Gaiselesen reflected that he feared the clan's destruction more than his own death and continued trying to preserve it through endurance.

Ch. 117Visiting

The Eight Great Clans grew frustrated when the Four Divine Beasts Clan refused to emerge, and Reinass proposed seeking help from Huosi of Blue Star City. Several years later, Reinass arrived at Blue Star City to visit Adkins, leaving his purpose uncertain.

  • The Eight Great Clans discussed the Four Divine Beasts Clan's refusal to answer their insults, and Barbary said the Augusta Clan would not intervene.

  • Bayer told Huosi that Dunnington sought a genuine fight rather than empty fame, and Adkins learned that Huosi had become a Chief Sovereign.
  • Huosi agreed to let Bayer go to the Skyrite Mountains in his place, keeping his own identity concealed.

  • Huosi calmly asked Teresia what he wanted.

Ch. 123Teresia, Die!

Huosi rejected Teresia’s attempt to extort a Sovereign Spark and killed Teresia’s Chief God clone with the Interstellar Warship’s Gamma Ray Burst. Teresia’s remaining clone was then ambushed by Bayer and transported to the Yulan Plane, where Huosi confronted him.

  • Teresia threatened to expose Huosi to Augusta unless Huosi gave him a Sovereign Spark, but Huosi attacked instead.
  • Huosi overpowered Teresia in close combat, then trapped him between himself and the Interstellar Warship.

  • Huosi considered his next wish after completing the Overgod Mission, weighing a Supreme Artifact against seeking Hongmeng’s advice.
  • The Wutie Crown, Nine Spirit Orbs, and Red Diamond Crystal formed the Crown of Life, and Hongmeng appeared in the Supreme God of Life’s place.
  • Hongmeng told Huosi he would be waiting for him and sent an orb of light into his Sovereign Spark, but Huosi could not determine what it did.

Ch. 125The Overgod Descends on the Blue Star Plane
