Mission Log and Character Compendium

Kumonaka Torikaze was stunned for a moment, his entire body stiffening.

Hiruzen Sarutobi noticed something was wrong and gave him a slight shake: "What's the matter, brother Torikaze?"

Torikaze finally snapped back to reality and hurriedly waved his hand: "It's nothing, I just exhausted too much chakra and am feeling a bit tired."

Hiruzen nodded; he had also expended quite a bit of chakra, and it was clearly impossible to set out on a mission right now.

"Then go home and get some rest. We'll set off tomorrow."

Without hesitation, Torikaze chose to unlock them.

After all, Hiruzen Sarutobi and the others were ninjas who had experienced many battles and had completed many missions, both large and small.

Torikaze, at best, had only killed one person—that unlucky spy.

After venting, he happily began to examine the new functions again.

Opening the Mission Log, the entire panel recorded only one mission: the bandit clearing mission he had obtained by pestering them.

It didn't look special, nor did it show what would happen if he failed. Could it be that this was truly a gift? Besides the money in reality, could he also get freebies from the system by doing missions?

Torikaze absolutely did not believe it; given the system's scummy nature, it would probably slap him with ten thousand Chaos Points the moment a mission failed!

"Good grief! Is Master really worth that much?" Torikaze couldn't help but exclaim aloud.

1000 points would take him ten days of checking in to accumulate! It was just a pity that this was a one-time thing and couldn't be unlocked repeatedly.

If only he could change the compendium to unlock different versions of them from different periods; he could harvest each character repeatedly. Just thinking about that made him excited!

After trying it out a few times, Torikaze understood how this thing worked.

As long as he had some sort of interaction with the ninjas in the compendium in reality, he could unlock their images, regardless of whether that interaction was good or bad!

People like Maruboshi Kosuke, Yuhi Shinku, and Kaiya Ikkaku were all in the compendium, though they provided relatively low Calmness Points.

For instance, Hiruzen Sarutobi and his peers, as well as highly famous figures like Senju Tobirama, were all worth 1000 Calmness Points.

It was worth mentioning that Izori Uchiha was actually also in the 1000 Calmness Points tier—perhaps because she had developed Izanami?

In any case, this really was a massive harvest!

Currently, Torikaze's Calmness Points had reached 16,300! To him, this was already a huge fortune!
