If they confirmed their relationship at this pace, then Torifu would really panic.
As things stood, it showed that Anhua was a decent, straightforward person, just like Amado. The two of them got along so well that, if they kept spending time together, things might work out better and better.
After leaving the building, Torifu had no idea what to do. Haoyuan wasn't home, and neither were Minato and the others.
His wife had gone away, too.
The vast Yunzhong Clan Grounds were now home to no one but Torifu and a few birds.
It was terribly quiet. Torifu felt as if he'd gone back to the days when he lived alone as a child.
He really wasn't used to it.
"Maybe I should go to Rain Province and find them, too. Staying home alone is so boring."
But Torifu quickly dismissed the idea. "Forget it. If I leave Haoyuan alone in the village, that kid will definitely start crying and making a fuss."
He'd go when they needed him. For now, he'd take care of the village's affairs.
The first task on the system panel was almost complete. The ninjas would probably finish clearing out the remaining enemies in another day or two.
Then he'd see what the second task was.
Torifu guessed it would ask him to kill Yan or Hanzo. After all, those two could be considered remnants of the last Chaos Event.
Getting rid of them this time would be perfectly reasonable. Torifu wasn't particularly concerned about either of them.
What he cared about was what the reward would be. He hadn't gotten anything good in a long time.
So he was really looking forward to this reward. He hoped it would be something interesting or useful.
Just please don't give him something like last time.
