Searching for the Valley
Every time Chirori saw him like this, she could only feel helpless.
Time flew by, and Torifu spent two whole days in the village dealing with all sorts of miscellaneous affairs.
At last, today he was free. Early in the morning, Torifu changed into clean clothes and mentioned his plans to Chirori.
"Are you going today?"
Torifu nodded. "Mm. I should be back soon. Nothing will happen."
"Okay. Be careful," Chirori said, her voice tinged with worry.
Torifu waved the map in his hand, signaling for Chirori to go back inside.
Then he transformed into a cloud of Cloud Qi and flew into the sky, disappearing from sight.
Chirori looked up, but Torifu was already nowhere to be seen.
She had no idea what Torifu was going to do, but all she could do was wish him success. She hoped he would be back soon.
Then she went back inside.
Meanwhile, Torifu was making steady progress through the clouds.
Although he was extremely fast now that he had reached Six Paths Level, he had never been to the location marked on the map.
So he was afraid of going too fast and overshooting it.
"The more I look at this map, the stranger it seems. How can there still be places in the Land of Fire that I've never been to?"
He suspected the map might just be a prank, something the system had made to mess with him.
