Konoha's future was settled, too.
It was as if a massive stone in his heart had suddenly shattered, leaving him feeling much more at ease.
"When will you bring Haoyuan back for a visit? I'll have Mistress make something delicious."
"Sure thing."
Torifu was just about to hang up when Hashirama reminded him, "Don't train Haoyuan too much. He's still growing, and overtraining won't do him any good."
"Don't worry, Master. I understand."
Only then did Hashirama hang up, feeling great. Losing a few games had earned him such wonderful news. He felt refreshed in both body and mind.
After ending the call, Torifu reported the news to everyone who needed to know.
He didn't intend to let all of Konoha hear about Haoyuan's talent. It was enough for a few family members to know.
Sometimes, too much attention wasn't a good thing.
"Haoyuan, come test your Chakra nature."
Haoyuan finished his training and stepped down from the cushion to join Torifu. "How do I do that, Dad?"
Torifu took out the Chakra Test Paper and handed it to Haoyuan. "Release a little of your Chakra onto this paper."
But Haoyuan had only just managed to produce a tiny bit of Chakra and had no idea how to release it.
Torifu had to spend some time teaching him before he got the hang of it.
The result was about what Torifu had expected: Haoyuan had all five basic natures.
He probably had Yin and Yang Release as well, but the Chakra Test Paper couldn't detect those.
"Very impressive, Haoyuan! You're just as talented as I was at your age!"
Haoyuan beamed. "Really? Did you learn to use Chakra when you were three, too, Dad?"
Torifu's smile instantly froze.
Three? When he was three, he'd still been playing in the mud.
