Hiruzen Sarutobi had become Konoha's new Hokage, while Shimura Danzo had established Root. For the sake of his ambitions, he had mercilessly turned his hand against the people of the village.
"Let's meet this afternoon. I imagine Hokage Torifu will have other things to attend to tomorrow, so I won't bother him then."
It seemed Shimura Danzo knew all about the time they had spent playing with Tsunade Senju.

"Sure. I'll tell my teacher in a bit. I'll come find you this afternoon, and the two of us can go to his house together."
Shimura Danzo nodded. "That works. Hokage Torifu has always been very considerate. I don't see any problem with it."
He would let Shimura Danzo meet them, then send him straight back to Otherworld Konoha afterward.
Tsunade Senju would stay here and enjoy a few days of peace. Once Torifu had arranged for her to meet Dan, he would ask whether she wanted to return to her village.
Everything else had been more or less arranged, and Torifu was quite satisfied with the plan.

He focused on how to promote the games.
They could give away a batch of phones through a lottery first. Once everyone had tried the games and decided they liked them, they could sell the remaining phones.
That would be an effective way to spread the word, letting the villagers promote them among themselves.
Instead of having to advertise them himself.
Phones and games were such novel things that their arrival in old-fashioned, underdeveloped Konoha would be a real game-changer.
