Ian stood in the void and looked back at the starfield he had just broken away from. The rift in the Phantom Zone had already closed, and that region of space had returned to calm.

"Ah, what a tempting space." Ian slowly raised his right hand. In his palm, chaotic power surged, golden light leaping between his fingers.
His dimension was calling to him, craving him, urging him—to devour it.

There were countless powerful prisoners there, Krypton's most dangerous criminals, monsters and tyrants of every race. If he devoured them, his power would grow even stronger.
His God Kingdom would become even richer.
His Primordial Demon God class would move one step closer to completion.
The little Xenomorph on his shoulder let out an uneasy hiss. It sensed his hesitation, sensed the greedy impulse inside him.
The blue egg glowed in his arms, blue light flickering as if reminding him of something.

Ian closed his eyes.
He thought of the timelines. Those chaotic, broken timelines that needed to be repaired. Bruce was still waiting for him, Superman was still waiting for him, Earth was still waiting for him. He had promised them he would go back, repair the chaos, and send the people from those wrong timelines home.
If he devoured the Phantom Zone, those prisoners would enter his God Kingdom and become a part of him.
Their timelines would be changed, their histories erased, their existence redefined.
