Uninhabited Island Exam Results

"The rain has finally stopped. I was about to suffocate!"

Outside a cave, Baiye Ying took off his mask, stretched his back, and took deep breaths of the air after the rain.

"The exam ends tomorrow, and I can finally return to the cruise ship for a wonderful vacation! I've finally made it through."

Baiye Ying walked to the shore, lay down on a giant reef, listened to the sound of waves crashing against the rocks, felt the cool sea breeze, and watched a strange man wearing a leaf mask...

"So it's the Justice Leaf Knight who isn't Hashimoto." Baiye Ying felt that Hashimoto was being a bit abstract. Who would randomly make a mask out of leaves and tell people they weren't themselves, but some kind of knight?

"Actually, I came to find Baiye... Coconut Mask to discuss something important." Hashimoto hoped to finish the task Sakayanagi had given him and get off work early. He didn't want to play along with this abstract nonsense either, but everyone said that if you weren't abstract, Baiye Ying wouldn't talk to you.

As Hashimoto said this, he displayed a camera, which presumably contained a photo of Totsuka Yahiko's leader card.

"What happens next is up to you in Class B. This information is a token of gratitude from our princess, so I will only tell you." After saying this, Hashimoto handed the camera to Baiye Ying and left.

At the Class B gathering spot, everyone was discussing whether Baiye Ying would actually come here to assemble.

"The teacher seemed to say that as long as you were one of the last students remaining on this island, you had to come here to assemble," Hamaguchi recalled.

"Does that mean Ying will come back!" Beppu said happily.

"Yeah," Shibata replied firmly.

"The Uninhabited Island exam has concluded. We will now announce the results..."

Just as Mashima, the homeroom teacher, was about to announce the exam results, an abrupt voice interrupted him.

"Wait, sorry teacher, I'm a step late."

A red-haired man with somewhat tattered clothes emerged from the dense forest.

"That's... Ryuen from Class C! Didn't their entire class return to the cruise ship!? How is he still here!" Ike from Class D exclaimed.

"And the person behind him, isn't that Ying? Isn't he from Class B? Why is he with Ryuen!?" Sudo noticed Ying, who was also in disarray behind Ryuen, and asked in confusion.

"Hmm, please return to your class's designated waiting area." Mashima simply nodded at the two and said.

"Ying, why were you with Ryuen? Why didn't you return to the camp?" As soon as Ying walked to the camp, Hamaguchi and the rest of Class B began to question him.

Ying turned his back to the Class B students, covering his eyes with his arm, his shoulders trembling slightly as if he were crying.

"I'm sorry to everyone in Class B. Although I was captured by the wild natives of the Uninhabited Island and went through great hardships to escape, I didn't return to the Class B camp immediately.
