Arc 1The First Five Kage Summit

Takenaka Kaguya survived the end of the war, broke with the Kaguya Clan, and settled on Half-Moon Island while training to grow stronger. At the First Five Kage Summit, the villages agreed to distribute the Tailed Beasts and form a peace alliance, but Tobirama Senju’s attack left Takenaka wary of Konoha.

  • Takenaka Kaguya fought Madara Uchiha, Hashirama Senju, and Tobirama Senju, then surrendered and was spared after Madara urged Hashirama to let him live.
  • After the Sengoku era ended, Takenaka rejected the prospect of becoming Second Mizukage and killed the people named in Byakuren’s intelligence scroll.

Takenaka Kaguya strengthened his Haki and Rokushiki while his ties with Kirigakure grew strained, then traveled to Uzushiogakure to learn the Yin Seal and pledged to aid the Uzumaki Clan. After proving himself against Hashirama Senju without Chakra, Takenaka agreed to meet Konoha’s strongest taijutsu Ninja, Chen Baojun.

  • Takenaka Kaguya gained Advanced Observation Haki, met Kagami Uchiha and awakened his Sharingan, then befriended Mito Uzumaki and discussed peace with Hashirama Senju.

Arc 3The Island and the Escort

Takenaka Kaguya rescued Yuko from Madara Uchiha, returned to Half-Moon Island, and completed a long period of training. He then accepted an escort mission for the Daimyo and reached the Land of Fire’s capital, where Mitsuba Hyuga delivered him a letter from Eiko Hyuga.

  • Takenaka Kaguya refused Madara Uchiha’s offer to join his plan, then fought him at the Graveyard Mountains until Black Zetsu used Yuko Kaguya as leverage and Madara trapped Takenaka in Izanami.
  • Takenaka Kaguya escaped Izanami, rescued the unconscious Yuko, and returned with her to Half-Moon Island, where Genji arranged for Akina Nakamori to stay with them.

Arc 4The Challenge at the Valley

Takenaka Kaguya left Kirigakure after its succession struggle turned violent, then renewed his feud with Madara Uchiha and traveled to Konoha. There he challenged Hashirama Senju, and their fierce battle left Madara and Tobirama reassessing Takenaka’s strength.

  • Takenaka Kaguya learned that Byakuren would not support his bid to become Second Mizukage, and Genji later told him Hozuki Gengetsu had secured the clans' backing.
  • Takenaka Kaguya decided to leave Kirigakure, but Motosawa Kaguya and the Kaguya Clan Jonin blocked him at the docks, where he killed them after they attacked.
